Lovely meal today for Father’s Day. To say it was extremely busy and were told the wait would be 45 minutes they got our food to us in 30 minutes. The roast was delicious and vegetables cooked perfectly. Desserts looked lovely but we were too full. We have a family farm shop restaurant of our own and know how much work goes into it so would like to say it’s a lovely place you must be very proud and staff were very efficient! Thank you

Just had the most amazing creamed mushrooms on toast never tasted anything like them I highly recommend if you love mushrooms and red onions, the staff were very nice and really help full 10/10 from me

I visited yesterday for brunch with my mum and sister. Having quite a few food intolerances I was a bit worried about what I may be able to eat. The Moo Cafe were so accommodating and made me something to eat that I could enjoy. Thank you so much for your great service..and a delicious breakfast!

Great food Top quality service. The staff are superb & so friendly! They make us feel welcome every time we go... ( we go often we love it! ) the staff always have a little chit chat with my 1 year old son. ( he loves the waitresses ) he’s often shouting them over or giving them a cheeky smile annnd the Victoria sponge cake is aMOOzing

Eaten here a few times. And on visiting the page I honestly can't believe the amount of negative and quite frankly nit picking reviews. Every time I've eaten here the food has been top notch and I've got to say not too over priced but priced high enough to know you are getting good quality food. Pricing slightly higher also makes for a much nicer clientele! It's busy at times but I think this speaks volumes also. You never see a great eatery with empty tables!! Lots of choice on menu. Our food arrived quickly was spot on and tables were cleared by staff shortly after we'd eaten, staff are always friendly and helpful. I eat out often and have to say moo cafe is one of my favourites.

User

Absolutely love both the farm shop and cafe. Only eaten during the day here but food was once again fantastic and can't wait to come back to sample the evening menu! Hoping to make it for the christmas carols too!!

Very noisy and busy, the large barn type of restaurant does give the effect of a cattle market. Clean and spacious with plenty of room to relax once you manage to get a table. My order of twin pork sirloins was tasty, but I was expecting big fat ones. I got two slim pork steaks with peppers and chips, rather than the offering of quinoa. My mistake was mentioning that they could bring my vanilla slice once I finished my lunch. I chased it up and got some strange looks and queries before it came. The dinner plates were still in front of us with no offer of clearing them. Can only blame lack of training, as this should be second nature of any waiting staff. We both enjoyed the food, apart from my wife’s two rubbery hard eggs, probably due to being under hot lamps for quite a while as the plates were super hot! We eat out 3/4 times a week, but I don’t think another visit here will be high on our list.

User

Not a bad little place. Turned up for breakfast and it was super busy but still got a table straight away. Service was little slow but again it was very busy. We had the large breakfast which was lovely, the sausages and black pudding were superb, however, the bacon was very bland, not much taste at all which was disappointing. I'll probably go back but I'll be trying something different next time.

Just called in for a decaf, soya, caramel latte which was delicious!

Disappointed about the lack of vegetarian/vegan options on the menu.

Thought I'd visit the farm shop but there were 2 dogs kinda gurading the door!

I'm a little weary of dogs and I realised they weren't tied up but I decided to be brave and tried walking past them but they both stood up and walked in front of me! So I left for my bus.

If these are the owners dogs they need to be trained better.

First time that I have been to the new building. It is really clean from really nice. I had a small breakfast which was nice apart from eggs were a little undercooked for my liking. If they are still like that the next time I go and I will tell someone. 😎👍🏼

3 of us went on Sunday including a 7yr old girl that never sits still and she loved it.the maze was very good and the bouncey pillow.tractor ride.go karts and huge blow up slide made sure she had loads to do. Animals to stroke and games to play.great picnic area too. We then had our dinner in the moo cafe which was so nice and fresh. Although the chips resemble full jacket potatoes because of how thick they were plus the skin left on..dont get that but still very fresh. We spent £40 in the farm shop(and didn't get much) on BBQ food for our log cabin break this week and although the cafe and the shop are far from cheap it's a bit of quality ya don't always get.and that's the reason we go to work. All in all a really good day. Will be back again soon

Went today for the first time in years.. love the new eating place.. booths a little tight with small tables. Very disappointed with my ham salad tho!! A lot of ham but once I’d taken off all the fat not that much left to eat, way too much coleslaw and pickle. Didn’t leave much room on the plate for the salad. Which was all lettuce and onion with one tiny bit of tomato... not worth what I paid!

User

We came for breakfast yesterday, first time in the new place but been plenty of times to original cafe. Cafe was nice and big with lovely decor, really nice.. We found it very noisy though so that wasn't enjoyable, we all got breakfast but unfortunately all 4 arrived cold. Staff were happy and friendly. Found the drinks very overpriced. Not sure we'll be rushing back unfortunately which is a shame

User

Much too noisy, everyone has to speak loudly to be heard! I ordered ham, eggs and chips which arrived fairly quickly but my eggs were rock hard and rubbery which spoiled the meal. Our plates were never taken from the table, even when my husbands cake was served. I also noticed waitresses making visits to other tables for various reasons and never bothering to remove dirty plates. The waiting staff seemed to be rushing about all the time, but not effectively. If I can see it, why can’t they! I don’t think I will eat here again.

User

Well been today for afternoon tea I have always said it's the best in the area but they have now put it up to £15 from £11.99 and then cut the portions in half how can you justify that. I will not be recommending it to anyone again. We come every week for food but I am sorry we will not be visiting again you have become greedy for money farmer copley and I am afraid we will not be back spending ours

User

We didn't get what we ordered, when we questioned it we were told that they'd run out. It would've been nice to have been told this at the time of ordering so we could've had the chance to order something else. The staff just shrugged their shoulders and carried on with what they were doing like it wasn't their problem. We didn't even get an apology.

User

Just been to moo cafe for 5th time was very disappointed today due to a number of reasons 1, over charged had another person's bill added to ours (got refund after questioning ) 2, latte came cold had to request another hot one 3, expensive price for a small child's choc milk shake £3.50 for not even half a pint of milk 4, hot roast beef baguette was very fatty and tough 5, child's chips very well done ( burnt ) overall very disappointed as wasn't very good value for money hope the catering side improves

User

I didn't eat because we arrived at there for a Sunday roast At 7.30pm on a Sunday with my partner to be told they didn't serve that late and they had closed the kitchen ... I pointed out the sign said family Sunday roast served until 8pm - they have this on 3 huge poster s out side ... Facebook showed them open till 8pm and they said that didn't matter ... attitude was rude and off hand as if they had shut early and wanted to go home not deliver the serve they should have ....... love to have eaten here but if they can't get the advertising right ...and staff rude!
