I prefer using the most impotant piece of kit of all. . . . your body. I treat
everyone as an individual, one size doesn't fit all so please don't complain
about your body if you are not willing to work hard to change it!

The first picture is in the Victorian period, 20 metres from F.I.T. Busters small group and personal training studio. Around this time personal trainers were called 'shape smiths!'
Exercise has come along way from then. As has the studio, from being described as 'Meanwood's best kept secret.' Now becoming a heart of the community.
... Minutes walk from the famous 'Meanwood Valley Trail' the studio offers the community an intimate place to exercise. With classes taught by 'focussed inspirational trainers.'
