DO YOU HAVE TO GIVE UP TAKE AWAY TO BE LEAN?
Is your diet boring every time you try to lose weight?
Think your diet has to consist chicken and rice out of a plastic container 5 times a day.... Dont get wrapped up in the ' clean eating' 😏 malarkey is the way to get lean. I mean what the hell is clean eating anyhow, a made up phrase by someone trying to sell ther diet plans . Yes we need good quality wholefoods in our bodies,fruit, vegetables should be a staple in everyone's diet because of the health benefits but lets not get in the mindset that other foods dont have no nutritional value.
Of course we are talking about fat loss here,and to make it sustainable.Yes we all could make better choices day to day,but lets be realistic, what are we gonna stick to the most.
Its a plan we enjoy and that gives us the freedom to have those little treats we like.πŸŽ‰ Remember its a lifestyle change,and we are not going to give up things we enjoy for life.Balance is everything βš–οΈwhen it comes to long term commitment to your diet.
Could there be better options,well that depends! Will you stick to a diet similar to this if your goal is to lose weight? If you could stick to a plan like this, then no there isn't a better option because this is what suits you and one you will stick to.
A diet will only work if its something that you like and can maintain.

2. Set days in your diary or phone reminder now so there won't be any excuse later.
3. Try to stay on your calorie limit.

βœ”οΈ SATISFY YOUR CRAVINGS ( There is no point to eat salad 5 times a day when all you crave is some chocolate or a glass of wine. You will only last so long without the little pleasures. It's better to have some from time to time and stay on path to your goal than fall off the wagon and ruin your hard work. I can't survive a day without milk chocolate rice cakes πŸ™ˆ
βœ”οΈ SET GOALS AND REWARD YOURSELF AFTER COMPLETING Schedule your workout for week upfront and calorie intake . After week check how you did and reward yourself (new gym water bottle,make up, go out for nice lunch )

'DON'T THROW YOUR RESULTS AWAY OVER WEEKEND' MOTIVATION MISSION βœ”οΈπŸ‘πŸ˜Š
The only way you can get results and keep them is consistency. Although being on flexible dieting males weekends, family and social life easier you still need to stay on your calorie limit not to put on weight . That doesn't mean you can't have fun that just means remember your main goal and plan your meals around your fun time .
If you have some event coming up just save some extra calories for that time. I...t might mean that on the day you will have to snack lightly all day until you go out but it also mean you will be able to fully enjoy your meal out and even few drinks .
Life is for living, so plan well and stay in shape while still living your best life and being social butterfly πŸ¦‹ or best mum that can eat ice-cream with your kids without beating yourself up about it .

Is your training partner constantly letting you down, not turning up to sessions, not motivated the same as you?
... Its always good to have a like minded training partner with similar goals and enthusiasm to train. You can motivate each other when either of you are not feeling like working out and spot each to get those few extra reps out .
On the other hand if you are not getting any benefits from them and your training starts to lack , then maybe its time to part from them . They may be a best friend, another gym goer you met there,or even a spouse,but the bottom line is if your training is affected by there lack of motivation its time to change.
Think of it like a job, if they didn't do the work ,you wouldn't employ them no matter how close you are because your business would suffer . Your busy enough as it is and if you only have 30 mins to an hour to train then you need to make the most of this time.
BUT MY BOYFRIEND LIFTS HEAVIER WEIGHTS THAN ME?πŸ€”πŸ’ͺ
Ok firstly, men and womens training doesn't differ , maybe women like to focus on certain areas than others but that comes down to personal preference. The fundamentals are the same , lift as heavy as you can with good form for the certain amount of reps required. There's no reason you can't jump into your spouses training routine and vica versa. πŸ‘πŸ˜
There's gonna be some of you that like to train alone, your better focused, get done quicker or just your time to be alone and have your space. Its a great way to unwind at the end of work ,or a good way to motivate before a days work . Play your favourite music, listen to motivating podcasts or audio books is good when you train alone.
This is why exercise is so important and should be implemented in your schedule . It should be as routine as going to work, taking the kids to school etc. This along with your daily eating regime should become second nature , YOU'LL FEEL BETTER , LOOK BETTER, and this will have an impact on your daily life for yourself, family and those around you. Imagine never having to worry about dieting again or fitting into your FAVOURITE DRESS. All this can be achieved by FOLLOWING THIS SIMPLE PLAN πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜˜
