Very good service!!! I both citizen watch ( limited edition) was the best price I faund in online.

Little bit afraid because pay nearly 1k €. But Im very happy. They delivered to my house door very fast.

Now im watching for pilot jacket. Little bit expensive but will wait until Christmas and I think prices will go down.

The new store is well laid out and merchandised so you can see the ranges available. It's good to have an actual store to walk in to and examine the products before purchasing. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable.

SIMPLY THE BEST. I ordered my flight jackets (£10 cheaper than anywhere else. ) it was delivered next day. I ordered the wrong size. Sent original back Tuesday. Got the correct size delivered Thursday 11.15 hours. Absolutely brilliant service. Jackets quite good to

I used to pick the mail up from them and the staff there are great and very helpful to customers both on the phone and shoppers. I miss them since I retired.

Nice staff, but need to communicate more. I bought a flight jacket for my husband, but had to return for a smaller size. Paid £11 to ensure delivery time, called Flightstore and was told that my replacement jacket would be dispatched the same day. Heard nothing for 3 days, so called them to be told that returns are only processed on Fridays at this time of year! Not happy, at all.

the picture of the Lancaster bomber on the mug that I ordered, when it arrived, was black and white, while on the advert for it was in beautiful colour, with p+p it came to £15.90, most definitely NOT worth it!

This was the first and last time I will ever use Flightstore. Or recommend this store to anyone.

Your customer service was extremely disappointing and some what rude. Not to mention you called me a Mr, when in reality I am a Mrs.



You cancelled the order with no explanation or consideration as to the content of the order. This was a special gift for my sister in South Africa, and when I questioned ANYTHING, all I got was 'you have been refunded' and 'we were unable to deliver'?! If you are unable to deliver to international address, for ANY reason, you should state that on your website and not advertise that you offer international delivery. False advertising at its best. Misleading the consumer at its best.
