Classes must be booked using the online system, any classes with less than 3 people booked on will be cancelled. *Classes are included for full members £26/mth or £30/mth, £5 to non members and ladies only. To upgrade to inclue classes please pay £10 to the studio for the month.
*Does not include Body Challenge which is a ladies only small group personal training session which must be pre booked and paid for.

... THE BODY CHALLENGE SMALL GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING 🏋🏻‍♀️
NEW 1/2 HOUR PT SLOTS TOO 🏃🏻‍♀️ - must be in for at least 15mins before hand to do self warm up and cardio before being put through a workout.
BODY CHALLENGE : this small group personal training sessions allows you to be coached at a fraction of the cost! With numbers limited to 10 people per session there’s plenty of time for the coaches to work with you specifically. A women’s only coaching group designed to increase fitness but more importantly confidence in your ability to workout.
There’s no slacking and it’s not for the faint hearted although all abilities and fitness levels are catered for this is still small group personal coaching rather than a generic class environment.

MONDAYS : 1pm or 5.30pm WEDNESDAYS : 6.30am or 5.30pm THURSDAYS : 6.30am or 1pm

It's an awesome guy with awesome people, always a nice friendly atmosphere, best gym in the area by far.
