Really helpful, despite not purchasing from Gaggia UK, chap on the telephone was superb in helping me. Will only go to gaggia UK from now on :-)

Really happy to say that the Refurbished Gaggia Classic I purchased is a "class" act. As was the response to a minor issue, I was missing a measuring spoon!

I contacted the store at J32 Castleford where I had purchased the machine and explained my lack of a measuring spoon. The chap took my address and arranged for a measuring spoon to be posted to me. It arrived only a couple of days later.

Excellent service!

My daughter loves her bright red coffee machine which she has ust taken to university to brighten up her hard working days! The service at Gaggia in Elland is second to none not just for best coffee machine but the customer service too :)

Fantastic response by phone.. sorted and up and running again ... Thanks

Collected my repaired Accedemia today, and it came back looking like brand new, working perfectly, these guys did an A1 job, back to bean Coffee happy days, need coffee machine, or repairs, look no further ☕☕☕☕☕☕

Brilliant company to deal with. Repaired my Gaggia Classic quickly and returned to me within a matter of days from being picked up. Excellent service.

Too expensive.

I live in Spain and would love to purchase a Refurbished Gaggia Anima Prestige One Touch Cappuccino Refurbished Machine.

Hi Gaggia UK. I sent an email about issues with my Gran Prestige on January 6th about inconsistent crema but I haven't received any response yet...

I love the coffee. However. In 13 months of ownership, my Unica has broken down 4 times and been in repair and transit to repair for 4 months. At £50 courier fee per return - I'm sorry - you're just not that good. You've lost a customer.
