Went for the Electro Brunch on Saturday, which was amazing. Food, drinks and service was excellent. Our waiter was particularly good - very friendly and efficient.

We had a fantastic meal here on Thursday evening. We were served by Robert who was very friendly and outgoing as well as very knowledgeable. Really liked his manner and his approach- made us feel welcome and raised a giggle and a smile or two whilst still conducting himself in a professional manner. As fans of Ruth Chris steakhouse in the USA we have found it difficult to find somewhere in the UK that compares- this came incredibly close. We will definitely be visiting again when in Leeds and will look for other Gauchos on our travels. Thankyou for making our evening incredibly pleasurable.

The staff are fantastic very attentive and knowledgeable. It's not cheap but worth going for a treat as the food is amazing. Loved everything we had. Couldn't fault it.

The decor is certainly an interesting choice for a fine dining restaurant, but the food soon makes you forget about your surroundings. All the dishes were beautifully presented and perfectly cooked. Service was attentive but not overbearing. I will definitely be coming back.

Second time we have visited. Amazing service, brilliant food! They made it extra special for our birthday celebration with some extra attention to detail.



Decor is quite fancy and the toilets are spotless!



It is pricey, coming in at just under £150 for 2 (three courses each) and a couple of drinks. But absolutely worth it!

Mum and Dads 30th Wedding Anniversary... Our server, Rob made it really special from the moment we stepped in the restaurant. Fantastic service, very attentive with a friendly approach. The starters were varied and full of flavour which complimented the main event, the steaks. They were melt in your mouth, no need for a steak knife which they insist you don't need and they're right. Most of us had Rib eye, med/rare. Finished with coffees and Rob bought out special "pearl" cocktails for my mum and dad's pearl wedding on the house. A lovely finish to a special evening!

Me and my boyfriend visited last night and both had the most amazing steaks ! Our visit was not only made by the food but by our amazing server Rob who was very friendly, knowledgeable and attentive. Will 100% be back soon.

Me and my Partner went there last night, first time there, and absolutely loved it. Cocktails were amazing and plenty of choice. Starters, Mains and desserts were all fantastic.

Was a truly wonderful and special dining experience.

Laura, our waitress was spot on too, could not have been more helpful.

Just the 2 of us for a special birthday treat, it was our first time and we we’re impressed from arriving to leaving, super friendly staff, amazing food and cocktails & beautiful decor. We couldn’t fault our experience and will be sure to return regularly

Had a meal at Gaucho last night with a friend and was overwhelmed with the service from all the staff, particularly Ben who made us feel very welcome. The restaurant is tucked away but the decor is gorgeous, very classy and modern, and the dessert was to die for. Good service, great location. Would return �

Gaucho pulled out ALL the stops to ensure my partner enjoyed her 1st Mothers Day and accommodated my 12week old daughter, highly recommend, food was delightful, staff very friendly and never felt rushed to vacate the table towards the end of the sitting

Amazing meal and experience in Gaucho yesterday. The staff pulled out all the stops to ensure an amazing evening whilst I proposed to my girlfriend... The food was outstanding and fortunately she said yes! Staff has champagne on hand to help us celebrate our memorable evening... massive thank you to all the Gaucho team!!! 🎉🍾🥂🎉

Visited on a Friday evening was a very relaxed atmosphere. Enjoyed all the food but the chips served with the steak we both agreed that they looked and tasted as if they had come from the local chip shop it was a bit off putting. otherwise it was a fine meal a tad pricey but worth the treat. Service was a bit to fast for my liking. An enjoyable evening. Had a couple of drinks in the bar after the meal which saved us having to find a suitable bar for our age on a Friday night. Would definitely eat here again.

Gorgeous place this. The staff were so welcoming and chatty. Decor is definitely not for vegetarians with all the cow hide around but we loved it. You know what you’re going for and that’s what you get. My only disappointment was I’d decided in advance I would have the pork and there was none left. We both had an amazing meal though. The tuna ceviche was fabulous and the steaks amazing. Yes it’s pricey and a treat but it’s memorable and makes you want to go back. And we will.

Visited Friday 24th November with my partner. The steak was beautiful however the chips were not great (if I’m honest I’ve had better oven chips). The whole experience felt rushed with the starter and main being served within 45 minutes. The waitress asked us if we wanted dessert and left the menu on the table. She then came over a minute later and asked if we had looked. This was also the case when we were looking for starter and mains and we had to ask to have a longer look. It was also quite cold in there. If I’m honest, for the price you pay, I don’t think it was brilliant and I wouldn’t go back.

Visited on numerous occasions in the past and had a very enjoyable experience. Last night's steak was awful, very tough, hard to cut and the usual flavour was not there. The chips were greasy also. Cannot understand the £4.75 charge for still water from a jug.



At £700 I am severely disappointed with 3 of the meals.
