All our products are made to order so unless the order arrives damages or not fit for use I'll not issue a refund.
To receive a refund for an item, the item must first be returned and then a refund will be made for the item. Postage will not be refunded for the sent or returned item(s).
If the item has been personalised and the name /age is incorrect I will issue a refund if this was my error. However if correspondences show the error is the customers then no refund will be issued.
All orders must be paid for before any work is started.
If for any reason you have to return your order and a free gift was included. This gift must also be returned as it was only a free gift with the order. When the order is returned the free gift is no longer free.
if the free gift isn't included a cost of £1 will be deducted from the total refund amount.
