~ P& P cost for 1 item within the UK would usually be £1. 50. If you specify an item for purchase I will provide the exact P& P charge before purchase. P& P charges for more than one item will be combined & advised prior to purchase. Non UK P& P will be advised before purchase.

~ Shipping abroad will vary in P& P costs & can be advised on request. Shipping abroad not usually a problem.

~ Postage costs combined for more than one purchase. Multiple purchases are sometimes free P& P.

~ I re-use packaging wherever possible to avoid excess waste & keep costs down.

~ Organza gift bags can be supplied on request. See 'Other Items' photo album.

~ Payment is by PayPal please. Online payment is secure via PayPal, which allows customers to pay using their credit or debit cards without having a PayPal account and none of your details given during the payment process are retained by Grey Orchid Handmade Jewellery. Please contact me if you wish to pay by another method.

~ Your purchase will be despatched asap after payment has been made.

~ Returns policy for non-faulty goods : If you change your mind about your purchase, you have 14 working days from receipt of your purchased item to advise me that you wish to return the goods. Please do this via email and I will respond as soon as possible with return instructions. The item should then be returned in the original packaging within 14 days of our agreement. The refund will be made by the same method as original payment. If the returned item is not faulty, the customer is required to refund the cost of return postage.

~ Returns policy for faulty goods : In the unlikely event that the goods are faulty, please advise me as soon as possible. Arrangements will be made to have the goods returned and the cost of return postage plus the purchase will be refunded. Again, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of your purchase. If you wish to receive a replacement for a faulty item, Grey Orchid Handmade Jewellery will be liable for the postage costs.

Privacy & Security : Grey Orchid Handmade Jewellery will never store or share your personal information. Your name, address and email will be obtained for the purchase transaction or to contact you about your order. All debit or credit card information will be held securely by your card provider and will not be available to Grey Orchid Handmade Jewellery using Paypal.
