What hero’s you guys are!! I had a blow out this morning, got myself in a state wondering how to change a tyre or what the heck I’m going to do, all the lads at GW came to my rescue, not only did the blow my tyre up, they found the hole and put a puncture repair in it....and they wouldn’t accept a penny from me! I cannot tell you how grateful I am to each and every one of the GW lads, thank you all so so so so much, you are hero’s! X

Very reliable service no extra charges after midnight

Use these guys on a regular basis. On the whole they are great!! Good customer service and awesome drivers. There have been 2 times when I’ve gotten in to a taxi and have had trouble withdrawing from a cash machine. They always just say it’s not a problem and to drop the cash in the office whenever

Our driver was prompt and courteous throughout. The car was clean, spacious and comfortable, great service.

Always use GW if I need a Taxi from SB there always friendly and reasonably priced. Quality Drivers � would highly recommend.

Unsatisfied by being led on a great detour, then overcharged and verbally abused by the driver, I complained directly to the office about his conduct. Complaint dealt with badly by the booking office, but today the manager Azam came to my home to personally apologise for the way I had been treated and make sure I had his mobile number so that he can deal directly with any future poor service. Thanks Azam x

I have used this taxi firm many times and have never had any problems and would always recommend. However , this evening we rang and asked for two taxis from sowerby bridge ,one to ripppnden and one to halifax.. we were aware that the weather was bad , however we were told that yes, two taxis would be with us in 10 minutes . Very promptly the two taxis arrived and my daughter headed off to rippponden in hers , wonderful !. We got into the second taxi and was asked where we were going , we replied Halifax, as this was our request when ordering the taxi , we were basically told that the taxi could not go to halifax !so we asked how far could you go , we were told they could go no where ! We were very confused and would have understood if the firm.had just said they were not running any taxis due to the weather conditions. Absolutely bizarre !

Hi guys just had a scary experience with GW taxi... cab 847 picked my girls up from sowerby new rd to go to Halifax vue cinema to meet their dad .. the taxi turned right at the bottom and headed towards ripponden the doors were locked.... and they questioned him he pulled over just past caseys they both messaged to say they were frightened so I rang them and shot after them in the car(I have a bug which is why we were using taxi)... I followed it thru sowerby bridge they had to ask him 3 times to pull over to get out when he knew I was behind he let them out ... they r really upset and frightened .... I have rung the taxi firm and the driver lied and said they had asked to pick a friend up at caseys.....when I said this wasn't true the dispatcher said well were u in the car... no ... well then that's what happened!!! I have rung the police and logged it.... please be careful... no matter how poorly I feel they won't use them again
