Was nervous about going in to the salon the first time as I had only recently moved into the area. I had been using the same hairdresser for years and was reluctant to change. Thank goodness I did.

I was treated with the utmost respect and put at ease instantly by Katie and the team.

Katie listened to what I wanted and totally understood what I was asking for.

Katie looked after me from start to finish and I walked out of the salon with the colour I wanted and a perfect cut.

I absolutely love Katie and Emma, I'm in a wheelchair and Emma coloured my hair, she was so attentive and she asked if I wanted to sit in my wheelchair while she did my hair, which made it so much easier for me, Katie and Emma are two lovely ladies, they actually care about their clients ( friends ). I highly recommend them both I have very long hair so it took Emma some time to do, she kept asking me if I was ok and if I needed anything, so if you need your hair doing, go and see these ladies, you won't be disappointed.

First came to Tori with a black box-dyed mess with grand ambitions for ash blonde hair! Tori is always completely honest, professional and gives amazing advice, she doesn't rush the process and always makes sure you are completely happy. She has transformed my hair into something I never thought achievable! Hairess has a lovely vibe to it, it's really elegantly decorated, spotlessly clean and both Tori and Katie are wonderful (they have hilarious banter and can make a good brew which is always a bonus!)



Bottom line. I wouldn't trust anybody else with my hair! Love you guys ÔŅĹ

Amazing make up by jaqcui the other day!!

After being let down by my previous hairdresser I decided to try Hairess. Katie has been and still is fantastic!! Shes always willing to fit us in at short notice and also does a fantastic job.

She gives me and my daughter great advice and listens to what we want. The salon itself is lovely and very welcoming. I always feel I have had a little pamper each time I go for my haircut as Katie and her team are lovely.

I would recommend Katie and Hairess to anyone who wants to be looked after and to finally get the haircut or colour you want without disappointment !!! :-)
