Never had an issue with Halfords. Get the work done and really helpful.

Truly awful. Failed my MOT on a bulb then charged me £25 for a new one fitted. A bulb costs under a fiver and took a minute to fix. I had one in the car they refused to fit and if I did it myself would have to bring back for retest 3 days later. All cited their policies. After a fair argument I paid and the guy walked off. 4 days later they haven't responded to my complaint.
