Hey guys. We mentioned last week about the work being done on the centre and have Just been informed that they have had to close the centre completely for health and safety.
So unfortunately we are closed this week.

We are returning back to normal today. See you all tonight

My son loves it. The support the instructors have given him has given him the confidence and skill to gain his black belt in Karate.

If your lacking in confidence, need to improve your assertiveness or just simply get fit and learn some nifty self defence moves in the process, this is certainly the class for you. The teachers are experts and can coach kids as well as grown ups. The classes have a mixed age and ability group. The guys cater for beginners and the more experienced. Anyone thinking of getting fit in a supportive and enjoyable group this is definitely for you.
