This was the very first time in booking a trip with Hays Travel and I will be going to them again for my next trip for definite. I saw the deal to Krak├│w, Poland through social media on Facebook and I emailed the Halifax branch to enquire some more for the finer details about the trip. I got a response so quickly from one of the employees called Megan Yarker informing me more about the trip. When I decided to go ahead and book so was so helpful, as I booked it over the phone. Megan did everything for me and even was trying to get me the best deal available possible, searching different dates just to ensure I could get it as cheap as possible to meet my budget. She was so friendly and nice, telling me that she has personally stayed in the hotel I was booking and giving me advise on where is best to go around the area I am staying and also telling me about how cheap it was and the trip can be done on a budget if needs be depending on myself and partner. With Megan doing everything over the phone, all I was required to do was to give a further details when needed it was so simple, easy and carefree. It was nice to have all the hard work done for you and not worry about comparing website and flights yourself. I would definitely recommend booking a holiday/trip with Hays Travel Halifax, the customer service was 10/10 and Megan was super always making sure I was happy with what I was agreeing and making nice conversation in and between booking my trip for me. So disappinted after been told the price would still be guaranteed today. To coming into branch to book it to be told he price won't be honoured.

We were so impressed that we nipped in last weekend to book a cruise next year with Megan, we were Sat for 2 hours whilst she looked for the best trip that suited our budget and of course us.
