Crafting is better in company! It's Saltaire Craft Club this Wednesday so bring along whatever craft project you're working on and we'll supply the refreshments. We've got sewing machines, a Big Shot and some other crafty bits and bobs as well as a handful of craft project kits to buy if you haven't got anything on the go at the moment. The most important thing to bring is yourself - you'll be so welcome! xx

This afternoon we hosted an arm-knitting themed birthday party for the lovely Lucy and nine of her friends! Five chose to knit scarves and five made throws. And of course there was plenty of bubbly, nibbles & cake. Happy special birthday Lucy! Xx @ Hello Crafter

All materials provided to create four 8 x 8 canvases. Please come dressed for mess!

First of all Folk Crafting yesterday with the two lovely instructors and then my birthday treat today with a full day of crafting. Everything as always was fantastic value for the money. Plus lots of love cake and oceans of tea. The hot chocolate was amazing too.

I've attended a couple of workshops and have thoroughly enjoyed both. There is always a diverse range of activities scheduled, suitable for crafters new and old. As well as activities for children. I love the range of gifts and home items - there's always something that I can't resist :)

I have been attending workshops here now for 18 months and enjoyed everyone of them. Kylie offers workshops with real variety from bath products to printed tea towels to felted flowers to basic sewing and crochet. She also offers children's parties, adult parties, holiday crafts, cheese tasting,not to mention an ever growing and interesting stock for sale. A must visit shop when you are next visiting Shipley or Saltaire.

I did the one sheet wonder with Kylie and had a lovely time. Lovely ideas and lovely products to work with :)

Today (20 th August 17) I have been to a crafternoon tea at the Fox and the magpie.

Where to start.......

Love the crafty projects. A framed picture, a pretty card and a brooch. Good results with all of them.

But then there was the scrummy tea. China crockery, quiches, big selection of finger sandwiches, then cakes. Raspberry and chocolate cupcakes, lemon and poppy seed slices, scones with jam and cream

Oh and did I mention the yummy raspberry and chocolate cupcakes ........ delicious �

I attended a valentines craft afternoon with my two girls. It was fantastic. Really well organised, lovely suitable crafts for the age group and doable in the hour. Peaceful atmosphere. Calm and professional lady leading the group, got around and offered individual help and advice to all. My eldest wants to go along every school holiday now.

I arranged a sugar scrub and body butter workshop with Fox and the Magpie through the Bowery and if was the best crafternoon I could have hoped for. Everyone really enjoyed themselves and the final products not only look good but are top notch! Will be making more for Christmas presents! And will be visiting the shop in the future!

Brilliant independent shop! Kylie is very creative and clearly loves west she sides. I needed a personalised birthday cards asap and Kylie was brilliant in helping me out. Great for small gift and on shopappy so you can browse at home too. Highly recommend Fox and the Magpie!

Amazing space - great gifts to inspire all ages and a fabulous and thoughtful party host in Kylie.

A wonderful shop! Full of lovely gifts and a wonderfully creative owner. Kylie runs som great arts and crafts activities for children and adults.
