We offer 3 houses in Yorkshire for ladies-only or family & friends groups of 12 to 24 looking to celebrate an event such as a hen party or simply get away.

Here at Hen Party House we have been hosting Hen Party groups since 2013 and have more than 200 five star reviews on Airbnb and Facebook! . We have had more than 3, 000 lovely ladies stay, mainly as part of hen party groups but also girly weekends for birthdays, school or university reunions, and even a couple of divorce parties! We offer 3 houses in Yorkshire for groups of 10 to 24 looking to celebrate an event or simply get away. But we’re not just for hens. We also have hosted many family celebrations and kids always love a house with a pool!
Much of Spring /Summer 2020 is booked so to avoid disappointment please check the list of available dates for each individual house below before enquiring.

12 to 16 guests - The Elms
The Elms is only 8 miles from Leeds and 18 miles from York. With 7 bedrooms it sleeps up 16 ladies-only or 7 couples plus children (total number we can accommodate dependent on age and if staying in parents' rooms).
It has a 30ft indoor pool & hot-tub, & is set in 1. 7 acres of garden and surrounded by fields. Garforth town is less than 10 minutes walk and a train from the station there can get you to Leeds in 10 minutes and York in 20 minutes.

10 to 16 guests - Moss Cottage
Moss Cottage is a wonderful 5 bedroom, 5, 000 square foot property just 2 miles from Halifax, which the Guardian recently called "The Shoreditch of The North", and half an hour drive from Leeds. Created from a row of three Edwardian cottages plus a barn (that now houses the 8 metre indoor pool), it is set in half an acre of private south facing lawn gardens bordered by woods and fields. There is a beautiful patio overlooking the gardens, accessed from french windows in the lounge and pool area, on which is fitted a 7 person hot-tub. This is a new house that welcomed its first guests in early March.

The Farmhouse is an amazingly secluded Yorkshire property, that sleeps up to 24, where you can enjoy the huge outdoor hot-tub all night, yet is only 10 minutes from the A1M /M62 motorways and 20 minutes from Doncaster railway station. One review from last summer described it as "like being in the South of France"!
