More great news for our roofing apprentices as Brad Hayes and Jordan Condren have been selected for trials for the international team to compete in Bejing in October 2020.
We were delighted for our very own Jordan Condren who last week was crowned Apprentice Champion 2020 at Newcastle College.
Well done Jordan!
Monday sees the start of #NationalApprenticeshipWeek and we are delighted to appear in a feature celebrating the wonderful careers that can be forged. A big thank you to Newcastle College

Encouraging to see growth in the UK construction sector despite the bad weather and also what looks like a positive bounce following the general election result.

Our partnership with Newcastle College has seen us deliver a golden generation of apprentices. The success of two of our young team at WorldSkills Uk is just one example of outstanding career development.

We would like to wish everyone a very Merry Christmas and we will be back on 06 January.
A huge well done to our sales ledger, Penny Owen, who organised our company donation to Newcastle West End Foodbank.
Ross and Eddy in our stores department delivered the much needed food parcels with the drop off coordinated by our administrator, Cheryl Richmond.
We would like to thank Penny for all of her hard work and to the team for all of their kind donations.
It was a very special day when we welcomed back our victorious apprentices, Jordan and David, who performed so spectacularly well at #WorldskillsUK.
Our executive chairman, Billy Hodgson, and our managing director, John Sayers, presented both lads with £500. You could say Christmas has come early for all involved!

Our colleague, Darren Black tells us why he loves nothing more than rocking the night away to classical music, as he lists his top ten songs. http://hodgson-sayers.co.uk/blog/desert-i sland-discs/
