We've had a brilliant year here at Huddersfield. We've seen some fantastic Minis throughout and can't wait to continue to do more next year. The celebrations don't stop on new years day either, with 2 birthdays to celebrate both to the Mini and the Mini Clubman, 2019 is definitely going to be THE year for the Mini. So as we go into 2019 we just want to say a huge thank you to every single one of you for your support during this year. Have a fantastic end to 2018 and we will see you all at Bingley. Ordered spares yesterday delivered today even received texts to updated me on delivery time great friendly service

My wheels turned up today perfect and very quick very very happy

I've had occasion to deal with HMS several times in the last week or so, for parts. Excellent service - so knowledgeable on the phone, all the parts required sent / dispatched quickly. High recommend !

I got evolution bullet mirrors they were in the post today. Im happy with them great job looks very well stainless steel never rust will deal with you again and again thankyou top notch work �

Commande de 2 sièges cobra clubman Vinyl, expédiés très rapidement et malheureusement endommagé pendant le transport :/ colis refusé et retourné à l'expéditeur qui a desuite renvoyé une nouvelle paire de sièges, très bonne communication et service après vente au top. Je recommande ce Shop, ils sont très réactif et la livraison arrive en 48h. Encore merci à vous !!!

Absolutely fantastic, very helpful, worth a visit just to look around

Ordered parts on the 3rd of February, received the wrong parts. After a few messages, the correct parts were supposed to be sent to me. 7th of April, I still haven't received anything and have no answer to my messages. It was my first order at Huddersfield Mini Spares. Be sure I'll never order anything from them anymore. Poor communication, complete nightmare.

EDIT: 9th of April, parts received.

Ho ordinato il kit legni per la mia innocenti mini traveller.

Apro il pacco, appena ricevuto, e mi accorgo che ci sono due pezzi del lato destro doppi, quindi ne mancano due sinistri; cerco immediatamente di contattare via e-mail huddersfield spares (4 messaggi e-mail, 3 personali a Kate Racliff e uno a huddersfield) a cui mando una serie di foto per evidenziare l’errore ma non ottengo nessuna risposta, invio un messaggio via messenger ed ottengo lo stesso risultato...

Non mi restera’ che interpellare un artigiano e farmi realizzare i pezzi che non mi sono arrivati, con tutte le complicazioni del caso.....non male per circa 1000 euro di spesa!!

COMPLETO DISINTERESSE E MANCANZA DI RISPETTO VERSO I CLIENTI.
