I bought my flooring and carpets from ideal the whole process was very quick everyone who comes to my house cnt stop talking about the flooring. Thanks

Got loads of quotes for floor covering for my daughter's new house until a friend recommended Ideal. Dealt with Kasim who came out and measured and gave top class service including a great price from start to finish. He went out of his way to please and the fitters did a great job too. The whole house has floor covering, and looks beautiful and they left us loads. I will be recommending them highly �

Fab service , fitters were absolutely excellent, and polite excellent service would highly recommend them all the way ,

Kasim was really helpfull in the shop his product knowledge was excellent guided me to the right section

They even offerd me a coffee !!

awfull rude staff made me us waits weeks for a carpet because of their mistake then tried to charge extra i would advise not using this company and go with anyother one.

Very bad liars. Delivered coffee table to my address had a chip missing on it. Spoke to delivery driver straight away. He said i be back 5 minutes. 5 minutes turned into over an hour. Then they refused to give my partner back his money. Told him he had to have another coffee table or a £300 credit note. My partner refused this. They had already lied. All they kept saying was brother this and brother that. So myself partner and dad went into store and complained the next day. The mouse with glasses tried to tell me about manager not here to come in one hour. I refused to move 5 minutes later manager walks down the stairs. Hmm funny hour i must say. They kept trying to talk over me and partner so it got heated. Dealing with a bunch of comen and idiots is hards work. So in the end they said they had to take off 30% from my £300 so they refunded me £210.00i know this is wrong so i contacted trading standards. I have been told to write to them and tell then due to the comsumer trading act of 2015 i am ALLOWED FULL MONEY BACK I HAVE GIVEN THIS STORE 14 DAYS TO REFUND FULL £90 OR A CASE WILL BE DEALT WITH VIA TRADING STANDARDS i already have a case reference number. I lost my temper and called them all a MF THEN THE MOUSE WITH GLASSES TRIED TO SAY YOU SAID MUSLIM BAHAHA CRYING RACISM. because you know your a bunch of conmen. So either way you lose. I will be getting my £90 back. Its just going to be more headache for yourselves. 🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫🚫AVOID THIS RIPOFF COMPANY. No cure for ignorance. But good job i am smart.
