I've been many times and I've nearly always come out with exactly what I need or at least something useful. Having been again today, I managed to get some new things for my son as I'm redoing his whole room including bed and furniture. I didn't find the furniture I wanted so will be buying that elsewhere which is why it's lost a star, but the furniture they did have was still nice and had a lot to choose from.

Parking- I've always gone at opening and always get a space close to the lifts. The car park is huge so plenty of space available to park up.

Selection- really good. A lot to choose from whether it's a bed, wardrobe, kitchen or accessories, lots of different styles and colours. It'd be hard not to find something you like there.

Prices- never had a problem with the price of anything, it's all reasonable. There's low budget stuff if you're on a tight budget and then a range of items following with several different prices. The price for the quality is fair.

Food at cafe- mediocre, good breakfasts and can't knock the price really! Three of us got food and drink for less than 12 pounds.

Staff- always found the staff super helpful and never had a bad experience with them either round te shop, at the warehouse or at the tills.

Warehouse- easy to navigate with isle numbers and locations. Trolleys at hand if you need one for larger items and staff around if you need help carrying anything. Always managed to find what I've jotted down.

Tills- I usually go to the self checkout tills which are card only, although when I have used a cashier, it's always been fine and they're really helpful and nice.

Quality and building- I've always managed to build everything I've bought from Ikea on my own. From huge four door floor to ceiling wardrobes, to bunk beds and shelves. Instructions are straight forward enough and if there's anything missing or you need help, their customer service line is friendly and helpful.

All furniture comes with wall brackets to secure it to the wall and you can also buy them separately in the shop.

After building, the quality is good and I've not had anything break yet, with my newest Ikea drawers being over a year old. Still working and sturdy as the day I put them up

They don’t sell that tasty looking chicken,in single portions. It’s only for sharing. Gutted for the single folks. It’s meatballs for you.
