As you know, the Freedom-Cleanse-Restore formula recognised as the Best Alternative Product at the Integrative Healthcare & Applied Nutrition Awards 2017, not only defends the body from factors causing intestinal imbalance, but also cleanses the body of toxins and pathogens, promotes regularity and supports the integrity of damaged tissues. As a result of this brilliant combination, patients can quickly start to feel better while doing the cleanse - contrary to many beliefs t...hat when on a cleanse, many negative symptoms start to arise. That is usually the case when the formulas are too aggressive and don't provide much support to the liver and intestinal flora with good bacteria. Dr Amin, the world-renowned parasitologist behind the formula, has ensured that the right support is present in each product and as you can see below his patients also quickly improve. If you want to learn more you can check PCI Europe's page. Those of you who have been following us for a while know that this formula has also been nominated for a second time in the Best Alternative Product Category at the Integrative Healthcare & Applied Nutrition Awards 2018. If you haven't placed your vote, you can quickly do it on the link below or share with your network to help us win this great recognition again. https://www.ihcan-mag.com/productawards/< br> See More

Dr. Amin - the founder of PCI Europe in Arizona and world-renown parasitologist who has also helped us lay the foundations of our Parasites, Bacteria & Fungi course, has been offering his Freedom Cleanse Restore digestive formula to Doctors & Health Professionals for many years, and now we are able to offer it to patients directly, here in the UK and other parts of Europe thanks to our collaboration with PCI Europe. His years of research and experience include known remedies ...from the Ancient Egyptians and Chinese to date, published in Explore Magazine and Comparative Parasitology. As you have probably noticed in the last week, we have shared with you the GOOD NEWS that this unique formula has been nominated for a second year in the Best Alternative Product Category at the Integrative Healthcare & Applied Nutrition Awards IHCAN magazine. With a few days only left to vote, we would appreciate it if you can support PCI Europe and quickly register your vote. Parasite, fungal, bacterial and viral infections affect billions of people throughout the world and are far more prevalent than we would believe in the western world. Having an overgrowth of these invaders can cause significant health issues and drastically influence a whole host of areas of the body such as digestion, skin, bowel movements, cardiovascular health, liver health, energy levels, adrenal function, immunity and neurological function to name a few. That's why it ...is crucial to address such issues with herbal remedies that have been proven to work. Pathogens get used to antimicrobials and it is even more important to have a blend of antiparasitic herbs when dealing with such issues. We are proud to work with PCI Europe - the leaders in dealing with pathogens by using a herbal formula developed by the world-renowned parasitologist - Dr Omar Amin. We would be very grateful if you could help PCI Europe and Emma Lane reach an official recognition for another year by clicking on the link below to vote for them in the Best Alternative Product category at the Integrative Healthcare & Applied Nutrition Awards. Have you seen our 2019 COURSE CALENDAR? As most of you know, Emma Lane has been on a teaching sabbatical this year to write her book and focus on updating our course manuals. She is excited to teach again n next year and she looks forward to seeing practitioners from previous courses and meeting new ones who will be starting their professional development journey with us. The Institute of Education Sciences, the research arm of the US Department of Education has concluded that class size reduction is one of only four, evidence-based reforms that have been proven to increase student achievement through rigorous, randomized experiments — the “gold standard” of research. At the same time, small-size classes are proven to increase students’ confidence because they feel more comfortable to share experience & ask questions in small groups. This als...o allows the teacher to spend more time answering questions and give everyone the needed attention. Emma has years of experiences teaching students in both small and big groups and speaking at world-renowned health and fitness conferences. She enjoys teaching smaller classes and as a result, will continue to focus on teaching her unique courses in small groups. Since she started teaching through Integrative Health Education, this approach has proven to be extremely successful and well received among our health professional s students. Exciting news is coming this month – the release of Emma’s teaching schedule next year. As most of you know, Emma has been on a teaching sabbatical to write her book and focus on updating our course manuals. Emma has really enjoyed her sabbatical this year, as she has rediscovered her weekends. At the same time, she is excited to start teaching again and share with you her latest research findings and case studies. Emma will be sticking with her preferred practice of small classes; therefore, numbers will be limited. Emma likes small classes so that she can try to answer all questions and to ensure the students get a lot out of her course. That is why we are bringing the news earlier, so you can keep an eye on our page and check the calendar as soon as it launches later this month.

Parasites can be problematic when they proliferate. While there are many effective approaches that can be taken to eradicate the overgrowth, in this month's IHCAN magazine issue, Emma Lane, ND, argues that the important question that should always be asked is, why was that person vulnerable to parasites in the first place? If you can't get hold of the magazine this month, Emma's invaluable article is below. She also explains how to boost vitality with naturopathic and nutritional methods to optimise body defences – and to increase vitality so that healing from infection can be complete. https://docdro.id/Wr7237y

Yesterday I attended 'Tells of the Dis-eased Body' in Wakefield. I thoroughly enjoyed the whole day... Emma's knowledge and teaching was amazing! Although I had learnt the basics of face, tongue and nail diagnosis previously, we went into much more detail and had practical experience with the group which really helped me feel comfortable using it in future practice. I will definitely be attending more courses!

Wow, another incredible updated course facilitated by Emma Lane this weekend.

It was also a delight to have an MD on board learning new essential information, whilst also shining his light on interesting aspect of our NHS.

You guys may know that I’ve attended this course a few years back, but this time I was able to gain much new knowledge about our microbiome and how to deal with clients who have Gerd, IBS, Dysbiosis, Intestinal impermeability (leaky gut) and much more.

Yes, Emma went into much detail about how our Cephalic response is essential when activated in a calm, peaceful environment to ensure optimal HCL, and enzymatic production, as well as keeping our all essential microbiome happy. Each organ related to ingestion, secretion, digestion, absorption and elimination was covered in detail.

Many thanks Emma for bringing this amazing information to light and providing us/me with all the required Q’s, insights, healing and management options, risk factors, dis-ease complications as well as the major signs and symptoms a client/patient may show.

If you guys haven’t attended this fantastic two-day course, as always, it’s an invite to not only further your education, but practically apply these skills and knowledge to self and your clients. As the saying goes, “The proof is always in the pudding” and having overcome may internal pathogens, low energy levels, candida Albicans, skin rashes, etc, I can share with you, that ‘it’ works! Actually, I work and have taken my wellbeing to a whole new optimal level by LISTENING and following much of Emma’s valuable knowledge.

I realise this example is slightly connected, but still vital to my success. Back in April – 15/16th this year I completed the Devizes to Westminster Canoe Race and much of my physical as well as biochemical understanding made possible the completion of 125 miles in 33hrs and 7 mins. I saw many ‘fail’ the event and much had to do with poor training techniques, absolutely, but also poor nutritional and lifestyle applications. Following the knowledge taught by Emma et al over the years has ensured that I can continue to create incredible experiences whilst undertaking extreme physical endurance events.

What’s your real passion/purpose?

Thank you so much Emma. I feel blessed having ‘found’ you back in 2003 and been open to many other health modality possibilities to reach my optimal health (ongoing) and as a result or ‘side effect’ pass this onto my family and clients.

I’ve also just confirmed by accommodation at the Premier Inn for your amazing ‘Practitioner Training Weekend’ 30 June-2nd July.

Just had yet another fantastic weekend soaking up the incredible knowledge and experience of the IHE team at the Practitioner weekend. Back with my clients this week I feel a sense of energy and clarity and renewed sense of purpose! Thanks Emma and the team!!

Just finished taking "Tells of the Dis-eased Body" & "Holistic Approach to the Fully Functional Gut " in Carlsbad Ca.

With the first days information I will totally be able to integrate the information into my practice as well as work on myself for better life vitality .

The FGG course makes one want to support the body as a whole to function at optimum capacity . We should all take heed and pay closer attention to what our systems are telling us . Quiet at first then louder and LOUDER until it is often too late.

Emma's passion for her work is evident in her teaching . She loves what she does and it shows .

She even gave us a few pearls from her parasite course which then wets your appetite for more knowledge .

Thank you again for sparking the "fire" and expanding my healing practice .

User

Just completed the fully functional gut course and it was fantastic! Emma is a very very knowledgable individual and a great teacher who makes it very understandable and fun, Can highly recommend this course, Thank you see you in November for the next one

Just completed the Holistic Approaches to a Fully Functional Gut course as taught by the amazing Emma Lane. This is an excellent course that takes you on a journey of the entire digestive system. It teaches you how to recognise dysfunction at different stages and how the Gastro Intestinal tract should function optimally. It equips you with the knowledge and tools to be able to help clients heal and manage common to complex gut health disorders.

This is the second course I have done with Integrative Health Education after Destination Wellbeing last year. I can honestly say at a time where it is becoming imperative that people learn to take control of their own health, that all those who work in the health, fitness and wellness industry from doctors to fitness instructors and every profession inbetween, should book onto these courses and learn truly life changing information. I am already looking forward to continue learning with Integrative Health Education - truly grateful that they exist and do what they do.

User

I’ve taken many courses from Emma because she is incomparable when it comes to researching information, creating amazingly comprehensive courses and presenting the latest helpful and effective ways for us all to become and remain healthy and/or help others in that journey. I can’t imagine there is anyone who does this as well and is so well respected because of her intellect, analytic abilities and engaging personality. Thank you Emma!

If you are a health care practitioner, I highly recommend Integrative Health Education. I just completed the Holistic Approach to the Fully Functional Gut. Amazing course. I've got a strong background in nutrition but this course beats them all. You will leave with practical information and tools that you can start using with your clients the very next day. Emma's knowledge and expertise are superb and the course is well presented. I am grateful for the opportunity to attend and looking forward to more courses in the future.

I've just done my second practitioner training weekend with IHE and loved it.

It's such a broad course, introduces so many concepts of health coaching, taught by some of the best in the industry, with a fun bunch of students and great value for money. I can't recommend it enough.

I've learnt so much with each course so far and can't wait until the next 3 I've booked onto this year.

User

I've just done a day's course called 'Tells of the Dis-eased Body' with Emma Lane. Fabulous day learning useful and practical insights that I can immediately put to use in my clinic. Emma is a hugely inspirational, charismatic and energetic leader in her field - it feels like a privilege to spend the day being taught by her.

The team that work with Emma are also brilliant - welcoming, personable and so easy to do business with.

This wasn't my first course with them and it won't be my last.

Highly recommended!

I only discovered Integrative Health Education this year and I've attended the Tells of Disease in the Body and Destination Wellbeing: Health Evolution. I highly recommend training with Emma Lane. She has a wealth of knowledge and an excellent way of delivering it during the courses. You always have lots of practical information, research and documentation to take away. I now feel even more equipped to empower my clients to improve their wellbeing and take control of their health. These courses provide life-changing information. Highly highly recommended!

I have recently attended Hannah Richards Course 'Client Management', through Integrative Health education. This course teaches you the practical tools to not only work with clients, but to keep them and get real results with them.

This course, quite simply, is a must for any trainer or practitioner who works with one to one clients. To have the knowledge is one thing but you have to know how to implement it. These are the skills Hannah has really tuned into and you leave with ideas you can action the next day!

Hannah gives a really genuine, honest presentation of her own experiences of working with clients and what really works. I, for one have used a lost of energy chasing clients, if that's YOU, get on the next 'Client Management' course with Integrative Health.

I have just finished the Practitioner weekend with Emma Lane & her team and I have to say; once you do a course with IHE, you truly become a part of the LWG family! I've been a fan of Emma's since 2004 and have enjoyed learning during her courses and having her as my mentor and wellness practitioner!

Emma is on a sabbatical in 2018 so if you are thinking of doing a course then you MUST- she is amaazing! What she doesn't know is not worth knowing 🤷🏻‍♀️

User

I have just done 'Tells of a diseased body"- An outstanding course that will really help me further my clients progress as well as my own. We looked at signs and symptoms in the body and how to recognise them, read them in others as well as ourselves. Alot of work and research gone into this - so thank you again :)

Destination Wellbeing

Well well well Emma Lane, as usual you never fail to deliver, having done HLC1 with you I was kind of expecting 'similar but more of it' I should know by now having done six courses and spending three practitioner weekends with you that that it would be filled with knowledge beyond my expectation but this weekend 'Destination Wellbeing' has not only taken it to a whole nother level, it has taken it into a different galaxy! I have learnt so much and come away with a totally different 'mindset' it's all there in this course and despite being so incredibly deep and filled with an abundance of knowledge it made so much sense. I've come away feeling a different person, I now know exactly what I have to address in my own life and also how to help my clients gain their absolute genetic potential in health and wellbeing. I've also made some lovely new friends. I feel blessed that I 'happened' upon you 4 years ago, you have changed my life in such a positive way :-) Destination Wellbeing is an absolute must for any practitioner who is serious and passionate about not only getting people fit but giving them the tools to become whole, happy, healthy and balanced human beings.

I have just done 'Tells of a diseased body"- An outstanding course that will really help me further my clients progress as well as my own. We looked at signs and symptoms in the body and how to recognise them, read them in others as well as ourselves. Alot of work and research gone into this - so thank you again :)

I attended the Holistic Approaches to a Fully Functional Gut with Emma Lane. I feel that it is only now after attending that course that I can consider myself a professional in the field of health promotion. It is simply a must for any health practitioner that is serious about helping their clients. I have every intention of attending all courses hosted by Integrative Health Education as I predict them to be world leaders in health education. They have a team of passionate well educated and cool teachers and courses in so many interesting areas. Excited to learn more with them.

A big part of the puzzel was cearified by Emma in a systematic way. I Think Emma is great and I can´t wait to attend one of the interessting Courses that Intergrative Health Education is providing.
