We finally look to be pretty much caught up and back to normal speed (after my weeks holiday), our growth rate has been ridiculous and we are grateful of course, it just means fixing sooooo many devices with just 3 members of staff lead to a bit of a backlog, by the end of this weekend I think everything should be completed or declared dead. We have changed how we do things slightly so we can actually absorb more work and have learned this as we’ve grown, by this we mean the ...trickier motherboard repairs generally, screens still only take 15-20 mins even the iPhone X The fact that you’re willing to bring them here and wait a bit longer rather than take them to the cheaper tax dodging cowboys really means a great deal to us and I personally thank every single one of you ❤️❤️

Considering the sad situation today following a number of life changing incidents on our roads I’ve decided that I’m not going to add myself to the gridlocked routes this morning to just be sat getting nowhere Hopefully Jake has managed to get to the shop as coming from a different direction I will aim to be at the shop around 12-1pm when things have died down Our thoughts are obviously with those directly affected 😞

What an absolute super star Ryan is. Have never met anyone who goes above and beyond like he does and is so accommodating.

My phone has been a nightmare, I’m totally useless and have smashed it twice. Each time I took it back to him and he sorted within the day. Even dropped off at my house and lent me a temporary phone and gave be a discount for using him twice.



I have been a nightmare customer with things going wrong and he didn’t once lose patience with me. 5 star quality service! Top bloke!

What a fantastic guy broke my phone and it took him no time at all to fix. Friendly and easy to find opens late on Thursday so those that work have access to his shop. Gonna use this man again to fix my tablet as well. Very well priced and professional service thank you very much for the work you did for me.

Well where can I begin , I’ve had the worst week of running my Driving Instructor Business ever ( Dawn Bottomley Druving School )

Can you imagine having the latest iPhone X and spilling water on it , my god !!!!!!

After spending all Monday morning at the recommended Stormfront Apple shop in Kingsgate to be told my 4 month old IPhone X is completely ruined you can image my thoughts , all photos of my family , all my pupils for my business information gone , my banking it goes on and on !!!

After seeing my friend Lucy she recommended that I went to see the IPhone Doctor in Ripponden, well what can I say this company is just amazing, Ryan who has had also had a terrible week has managed to completely restore my phone back to perfect .

I honestly honestly can not recommend this brilliant service enough . Ryan was honest with me that because it’s the latest IPhone X he may not be able to repair , however it’s just brilliant , this week has been the most stressful week of my 8 1/2 Year’s of being in business and the IPhone Doctor has honestly saved my world .

I cannot thank you enough xxxx

Text Tue about repair. Home visit Wed from Ryan. Had to take phone away. Phone call morning after say all done and ready. Call to shop to pick up got list Ryan waving from outside shop looking for us �. Also fixed screen on my other son's phone. 2 happy teenagers now. Thanks guys. Great job. Will recommend �

So my appointment was for between 8pm and 9pm on a Saturday night, yes a Saturday night (no rest for Ryan!) and at 8.15 Ryan arrived. I showed him the problem and he tried a new screen not before explaining why he thought I was having the problem and showing the genuine part with the Apple logo. Put the phone all back together and hey presto the problem had gone. What an absolutely fantastic service - 12 minutes and he was walking back out of the door. Would recommend to anyone with an Apple product - can’t speak highly enough of the service.

Messaged him this morning to see if he could fix my smashed screen expecting to have to take it somewhere or wait for an appointment, fitted me in same day , came to my house and sorted it all in about 20 mins ! Brilliant service thanks so much!

I will 100% Recommend to anyone needing any repairs!

Couldn’t recommend enough! Told by market shops I’d need a new charging port and quoted £50-£70. For iPhone doctor to tell me it just needed cleaning and did it for free!! Definitely be using them in the future, over the moon!!

Would recommend him to anyone, he’s also fixed my daughters screen and went threw explaining to me what he was doing with it! Absolutely fantastic! Cannot believe at this time of night iPhone doctor has come out to my home and fixed my very bodged phone in less than ten minutes! He Even replaced my home button for no extra charge alongside proving all the parts were 100% genuine Apple. Cheap , friendly and honest won’t be going anywhere else in future �

Can not fault anyone in the iPhone doctor team, after breaking my phone screen numerous times, Ryan has always come and fixed my screen promptly either that day or the next. I also unfortunately got water damage to my phone, which Jake fixed within half an hour to perfect condition! Wouldn’t recommend anyone else for broken tech, and I couldn’t imagine how much money it would’ve cost me else where!

Came out on a Saturday night, nice red hot weather could have been out doing his own thing, but he took the time to come to Huddersfield, was super quick, fixed it within 10 mins, i forgot to get some cash out to pay but he said could pay by card which was even better! All done in 10 and was on his way � Can defo recommend. Thank You.

Awesome customer service from the iPhone doctor, took my phone to the market stall and they were rude and ended up tampering with my phone and refused to give it back. Ryan came out within 24 hours and fitted me a new battery at a great price but then we noticed they’d burnt my phone out so ryan fixed this for free at no extra cost, thank you so much will recommend to family and friends �

All round professional and excellent service. I called at the shop first and then Ryan called to my house to sort my iPhone. Fixed it in no time at all and was out of the door minutes after he arrived. I highly recommend Ryan to anyone needing their phone fixed.
