Havenโt made this in ages, I watched Jamie Oliver and it reminded me of my Nonna. A rich slow cooked beef brisket ragu (see before and after) with homemade pappardelle. Thank you to my little helper ๐
At least Italian parents know they are feeding their kids on horse meat! ๐ฒ
Managed to see these three at CarFest. My favourite by far was Glynn Purnell a really nice down to earth guy who started from humble beginnings and now runs a Michelin star restaurant. I think I look a little star struck! ๐
