IVE works in three streams:

- CreatIVE - our young people's talent development programme shaping creative futures.
- InnovatIVE - professional training and bespoke consultancy packages to support creative thinking in business and educations.
- SupportIVE - a sector support Arts Council England funded BRIDGE organisation for Yorkshire & the Humber connecting young people with arts and culture.
