We remapped baz's BMW 1 series last week but due to doing some renovations we couldn't get it on the dyno that day . Baz came back and had a dyno test . We quoted baz 200bhp and it made 207bhp which made baz even happier ✅✅🏁

Tuning box put to the test , This 2018 seat Leon came for some testing to see if the tuning box lived up to its claims of 240bhp 👀
After testing with and without the box it made 208bhp with the box fitted , only a steady 32bhp out 👀

Over in Clowne for 2 vehicles being treated to the Ultimate Engine Carbon Clean and a Diagnostic health check!! Both vehicles were free of faults and we were able to see the Live data of the EGR Valve for both vehicles and also the DPF data on the Mercedes-Benz revealed no issues!! Vw golf 1.6 tdi This car came in with no power and a blocked Dpf , we carried out our in depth diagnostics and found two issues with the car. The first was a faulty pressure sensor which was replaced and re coded then on a test drive we noticed the coolant temp not getting high enough to initiate a regeneration.
We then removed the Dpf in house and gave it the Advanced DPF cleaning treatment 👌🏼 ... In with no power and out running like new 🏁🏁🏁

The initial diagnostics came back all clear however on the Live Data we notice the Injectors to be slightly out of time with eachother! This was explained to the customer and advised on what to do! Wow, what can I say Simon is a legend. My dads car was in limp mode, the computer was saying the dpf fluid tank was shot! Simon took it out for a run and it came back running smooth!! Unbelievable! I definitely recommend contacting these guys if you have a problem. Also got a carbon clean on my car and it's running smooth and responds amazing. Was a bit sceptical at first because it doesn't look like much is happening at all when they set the machines up however Reece explained the entire process and answered any questions I had. I have taken my car for a few runs on the motorway. Before the carbon clean the car wouldn't go over 60mph and always started throwing out black smoke at this speed. After the carbon clean I can confidently overtake on motorway and take car up to speed with no issues. And no more black smoke/loss of power on motorway. Another problem I had was dirty fuel injectors which Reece honestly told me the carbon clean would not fix because it only affects turbo/egr/cylinders basically anywhere where air travels. I would recommend definitely to anyone having power loss or black smoke issues �

My result from the carbon clean was smoother throttle and better throttle response on my 2litre diesel. I can feel more meat on the gas when I press too so I'm happy with the results. Still waiting for my car to be posted up though ��

These guys are absolutely class. My car was sluggish and I had issues with my dpf and egr. I brought it over to them today and honestly I can't believe the difference! I had the egr delete, dpf remove, carbon clean and remap on my audi a3 and it feels like a completely new car. Purring away and pulling like never before. Just to add, they just started a 10% off promo and even though they had given me a price prior to this, they still honoured the promo and knocked 10% off the price they offered when I brought it over. Honestly give them a try if you want a respectful first class honest service. They deserve their reputation -which to be honest speaks for itself.

Octavia vrs tdi mk2 had a flat spot on turbo in 2nd and two in 3rd gear at same point in revs. These have totally gone after driving about 30 miles! Rev range is firm all the way through and acceleration smooth from start to finish now plus extremely responsive! I'm over the moon and it feels like a different car.

I had my fiat bravo 1.9 150T sport carbon cleaned and remapped done by these guys and the outcome was unbelievable, there was a few issues with the car but the knowledge and determination of the guys got everything sorted and the car runs perfect with a lot more power and loads better through the gears, I recommend these guys to everyone, they make you feel very welcome and are a good laugh but also educate you to help while they are doing the works, keep up the good work fellas

I had my Ford Grand C Max and my wife's Audi A3 carbon cleaned.

The service was excellent! Very friendly too. Shared some knowledge with me which is always a bonus.

My C Max is running the best it ever has. The flat spots have been eliminated. It responds more eagerly with every gear change. It doesn't want to stall as early when slowing down at roundabouts any more. It's just a better drive. What more can o say.

The A3 drives like a dream now. I've just had the turbo vanes cleaned out (which needed a closer look at) now it shifts like steaming hot sh*t off a shovel!

Both cars are breathing so much better than before.

Next will be a custom remap for them both.

Had these guys do a carbon clean last year, and just had it done again! Gave me 100% honest professional advice, and after looking at the fault codes the DPF pressure rating was nearly double than recommended. For 'their own' peace of mind, they performed a forced regen to bring the reading down, and they didn't even want any extra- what more could you ask for! Top lads, top service and very highly recommended! Thanks again!

Had my insignia carbon cleaned this morning. My car went into limp mode last week for the first time then the dpf regenerated , I wanted to check everything was ok with car and get it carbon cleaned . Reece hooked it up to the computer and checked for all faults , nothing was found so proceeded with the clean . Car now idles and runs much smoother and the engine is so much more eager , it feels brand new again .

Top bloke and top service , definitely recommended.

Had 3 cars carbon cleaned by Reece in the week and have to say what a difference on all 3�I’ve already gained 25+ miles over a full tank after using better quality fuel as advised.

Looking forward to getting the stage1 remap next week and a before and after dyno should be interesting

Great blokes, came out to me twice, offered advice on driving, added some solution to help my DPF regenerate at lower temps, worked quick and effective. Came back in the pi**ing rain on bank holiday Monday to rectify a small problem with the car. And identified another potential issue which I can now look into before it gets worse.

Followed the page for a while now and finally took the plunge and booked a carbon clean after my wife’s zafira was being hesitant at junctions with a puff of black smoke.

Upon arrival they thoroughly inspected the engine and talked us through every step in detail before even starting the carbon clean, our dpf was due a regen and we were informed of this during the checks, as well as being advised on fuel choices to help the car in the future. I was confident that the car was in good hands at all times and the clean was performed with ease.

After the clean we took the car for a run and it did perform a regen as predicted, but after the regen finished we definitely noticed a better response from the car and no more black smoke! There’s definitely some extra punch in the engine now and it even sounds a bit quieter�

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to revive their motor!

Can’t thank the guys enough at JFS. Came in last week for a carbon clean on the vectra, and the guys noticed the bar on the dreaded swirl flaps had worn off, instead of doing the carbon clean which wouldn’t have made any difference they advised me to get the swirl flaps blanked and come back once sorted for a egr delete and Re Map. Took the car in today and couldn’t be happier with the job and friendly service. Car has never run as sweet. No smoke from the exhaust what so ever. �

Been looking at a remap for my van for ages now and was really reluctant to even bother but after biting bullet and getting my van remapped and carbon cleaned I’m over moon with the result. Absolutely over moon with the service of this guy , had my car at 3 different garages to sort a problem out , none of which had any idea what it was , took to Simon as I'd used his carbon clean previous , .... not only did he fix the problem, he also noticed a flat spot in 5th gear which I had no idea of , now the car runs the quietest I've ever known it to , and drives 100 % better than it ever has done, ..... I was ready to go buy a new engine, but a weekend with my car and feels as though I've already got one in ..... anybody thinking of using his service go for it ..... can't recommend highly enough , and a absolutely great lad too .....
