Visited Jordan’s this morning to purchase a bike helmet and accessories. After browsing with absolute no pressure from staff, we asked Katrina for help. Katrina’s knowledge of finding the right helmet and accessories was second to none, nothing was too much trouble. This lady is a credit to your team and it’s noticeable how much she loves her job and what a fantastic interesting shop too (wow bikes especially the Harley Davidson’s) We wish more shops had helpful staff like Katrina 👍🏻

Spotted the Fireblade I wanted ,had a close look at the pictures and the video explaining all about the bike. Spoke on the phone with Joe who assured me the bike was mint and we agreed a part ex figure on my old Blade that I was happy with,on that basis I put the deposit down over then phone. Rode up from Birmingham yesterday and was greeted with a free coffee which was very welcome due to the cold weather and snow. Joe checked over my part ex and showed me my new bike which was everything they said it was. Deal done rode away very happy,these people are very professional and passionate about what they do. So after only owning my Yamaha R6 for a few months I decided I wanted to trade it in for a R1 which I seen at Jordan’s bikes. Just purchased my new bike from Joe after calling in to get my helmet repaired. I saw Nicky again who advised me in her own special way that they don’t stock that particular brand and to try the shop over the road. Before leaving I noticed a really nice R1 which that really peaked my interest. Joe introduced himself to me, valued my part exchange and quick as a flash I was the brand new owner of a 2014 Big Bang edition. It was even ready to collect within 24 hours which I thought was awesome! I also might add that I purchased my previous bike from them too after been booked in for some break pads. Just bought my 2nd bike from these guys, found them honest open and decent, and they care about the customers. Always met with a smile and a pleasant tone. Had a full custom ecu flash done on my MT09. Wow what a difference, no snatchy throttle anymore + 10hp more in the mid range. It wasn't quite right at 30% throttle and so today I returned for a free of charge tweak by Josh, that has smoothed it all out. Couldn't be happier, start to finish friendly and professional. These guys are a proper bike shop. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services to anyone. Cheers guys!
