Not long now!

We have visited here a few times before. However, my daughter and I visited again today - what fabulous customer service we received! After a slight miscommunication, Sam, the manager, was fantastic and went above and beyond to solve our issue. We had a fantastic time at the Toddler Jump. Would highly recommend and we will definitely returning soon. Thank you again for wonderful customer service.

We booked our sons 5th birthday party here. After a couple of initial hiccups and some confusion, the party went ahead without a hitch. Our party host (Charlotte I think her name was) was attentive and helpful. She did everything she could to make the party enjoyable by all. All staff were friendly and helpful.

Took my daughter here for her 9th Birthday with her friends the staff was so helpful made my daughter birthday really special so helpful staff the manager sam was amazing nothing was a problem he did a fantastic job was really helpful I would like to thank all the staff for making my daughter birthday really special thanks a million you was all superstar

Our girls football club had a party here to celebrate the end of the football season. Not enough staff but the staff that were there delivered 100%. Never complained just dealt with us appropriately. Will the Manager was lovely and really looked after us bearing in mind there were over 40 girls plus parents. Oh and the pizzas were yummy!!!! Loads to go round for the girls and the mums and dads �

It's a good place to go for a family. My children enjoyed it much with their family online offer couldnt asked for more.Cafe was reasonable price for a little snacks for hungry jumper.we will definitely go back and bring along some friends. Staffs were friendly

Came during the England game for Max’s birthday so had the place to ourselves! Absolutely amazing staff, really helpful and friendly, they were great with the boys......so much better than Gravity� Thank you Jump Arena Leeds�

Took a group of lads teenagers, they all enjoyed but said not enough staff to keep kids organised had to buy then socks but noticed most kids had different from other trampoline parks on price of £250 a pair is a rip off.

It's a nice place only down side is it is small.

The staff are friendly polite and helpful.

They have the usual trampolines but also a timed area like ninja warriors.

Great place for kids of all ages, even saw some adults jumping around like 10 year olds. If you book online it's slightly cheaper but they want your money then and there. The three girls I took with my sister all had a great time and where tired and quiet in the car back along the motorway. There is a little cafe for drinks and snacks. Will take them again sometime. �

My son had fun and that’s what matters. Sadly found the toilets to be filthy! Also, they need to teach some staff what deodorant is!

Kids enjoyed it. Food n drink reasonably priced, although a bit of a limited choice. Shame the staff not told to clear tables and wipe down. A messy and dirty area the whole time we were there. Shame really, kids enjoyed anyway.

It was ok but if you ask ppl to watch safety video maybe your staff should be aware I watched so many kids doing dangerous stuff they where advised not to do and they stafff stood about on there mobile phones

Took my son here yesterday and what a waste absolutely livid when a bunch of older kids shoved him about ripped his clothes and were allowed to continue to jump where we had to leave after half an hour!!! My son was in tears! And to the mother of that kid u might wanna teach the little sod some manners! I think we'll stick to jump Inc seen as we've never had an problem there!

It was such a shame as my 3 yr old loves spiderman so we took him to the spiderman weekend for the mascot to be out literally once for 10 mins. Also there was a kids party due in after the toddler session (where the max age is 5) but the staff let the party kids on early and one of the older kids approx 9 or 10 went barginf into my 3 yr old and hurt him. I did approach a member of staff about them being on with the toddlers but they didn't remove them. I did put in a complaint for jump arena to respond but no reply.

Hi, three of us booked for a class that didnt even exist and our money has been taken. Despite phoning at least 30 times cannot get through to anyone, conveniently. Can you message me to arrange a refund?
