Join Karen for a life changing journey of self discovery on this Yoga, Ayurveda and Life Coaching workshop.
We will practice two yoga classes – a Vinyasa Flow class to build strength, tone and stamina, and a Hatha and Restorative yoga class to completely relax.
Karen also uses pranayama and mindful meditation in every class to connect to body, mind and spirit.
... We will delve deep into the basic principles of Ayurveda and you will be personally assessed to determine your Ayurvedic profile. You will take away a personalised Ayurvedic specific diet and life style recommendations. Following this holistic approach to health and wellbeing will bring immense changes in your physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
To complete the journey we will explore all areas of your life to gain a clearer picture of areas in your life you may need to improve to become your higher self with a life coaching workshop.

What's Included:
This course is perfect for those new to yoga or those who are wanting to immerse themselves deeply in the techniques and ancient philosophy of yoga, meditation and... pranayama whilst enjoying the company of a great group of yogis.
We will break down the poses and look at:
The importance of alignmentThe physical benefits of the poses.Correct use of props to work towards ease and stability in the pose.The importance of the breathing correctly in each pose and its effect on your practice Class by class you will build up knowledge and confidence as you will learn key postures from each of the main asana groups including yoga warm ups, sun salutations, standing poses, twists, backbends, forward folds and simple inversions.
You will be given clear guidance on how to correctly preform pranayama (breathing) techniques and how to get the most out of meditation.
These classes will help you to learn how to move your body with more skill, ease and awareness, thereby helping to release tension from the body and improve flexibility and strength.
You will take away in depth knowledge on meditation and breathing to help you relax and manage stress and anxiety.
We will explore the ancient art of yoga philosophy and you will be given suggestions of how to incorporate the yogic way of lifestyle into your everyday routine to become a vital, happier and healthier person.
You will be encouraged to ask as many questions as you like through out the classes so that you really come away with a true understanding of all aspects of the practice.
