After three days hard graft we are looking forward to opening the Kids-Clubhouse doors again on Friday! We have fabulous new carpet, new lighting and lots of freshly scrubbed and painted walls and surfaces. We had our daughters 3rd birthday party here on Saturday and she loved it! Fantastic play area, brilliant disco, our host was amazing with the kids and to top it off she got to see her favourite character Peppa Pig. Thank you guys xxx

On Saturday it was my little girls 3rd birthday I didnвҖҷt book a party anywhere as she doesnвҖҷt have any friends yet so we decided to visit the barn at yeadon but was turned away as they were to busy so I called monster kidz Bramley and they were full too. Then I rank kids club house and was informed they were full but could put me on a waiting list and be about 45mins the lovely lady on reception then rang me about half hour later to say they had room for us and it meant my little girl had the best bday ever with some friends. So thank you to the excellent customer service of the lady on reception and the service staff were very warm and friendly too we had a great day in the end so thank you kids club house x

My son recently had his Birthday party here and I can highly recommend. The staff were friendly and very attentive to our needs. Lots of changes were made last minute and the girls were very understanding and accommodating.

My son had his 5th birthday party at Kids Clubhouse on 20 March and it was brilliant! The customer service from initial enquiry, through the planning stage and on the day of the party was fab! My son and all his friends had a wonderful time at the pirate/ princess party and our hostess couldn't have been more helpful! We will be returning for my daughter's party next! Thank you to all at Kids Clubhouse for making it so special

I have been coming here for years and as my family has grown, Kids-Clubhouse will always remain one of our favourite things to do. The food and staff are always lovely. You don't have to wait ages for your food and it's not expensive. It's always very clean and all the equipment seems looked after too.

I booked a last minute Laser party for my 7 year old son (3 days notice), I didnвҖҷt know what to expect but the children had a great time, the lasers were so much fun and even my 4 year old son and 4year old niece joined in. The staff were very helpful and made it that much more special. Freddie enjoyed it so much he asked to do it all again next year when heвҖҷs 8! Thank you to Emily the party host, Chloe and Ben who couldnвҖҷt do enough! X

Had my daughters 5th birthday party here yesterday, the kids had a fantastic 2 hours and I was very impressed with everything - the staff we're all very attentive and enthusiastic, especially our host, the food was abundant and just what the kids wanted and the entertainment after eating was just enough to send them home suitable shattered!

Great place, took kids today. They loved the slides! Food was nice & the hairdressers is a great touch to the place who is also lovely and cut the boys hairs they look great!пҝҪx

Food is always amazing and all the menu is a very reasonable price.

Staff are very friendly and great with the kids.

Parking can be a pain but it is worth walking a little bit further.

Have been coming for a while now and has been to a high standard everytime.

Brilliant party for our 3 year old - breakfast party from 9-11 worked really well -fun playing, toast,crumpet, fruit and yoghurt then half hour of disco games which the children loved. Brilliant value for money and the adults got to have a coffee and chat. Highly recommended.

Been today for the first time. Really impressed. Really clean, the staff were lovely and the soft play is fab. My 3year old did it all independently and loved the slides. The staff were really on the ball at ensuring children werenвҖҷt playing dangerously and climbing up slides and blocking the bottom of them. Definitely be back

The only reason this isn't a 5 star is purely because I disagree that despite having a huge jungle Jim for the older kids they were still allowed to invaded the baby and toddler area. However my boy loved it. Food was nice and staff were helpful

Staff where warm of friendly, the soft play frame was fun and clean. The table that we were sat at was too close to a party because when we when off to check on the kids coats and bags where left on our table that were not ours. We did not get aknowelded as we where leaving but overall nice experience.

Took my son and daughter here last week and was shocked at the state of the place. I used to be a regular visitor when my children were younger and had their parties there, as it was a lovely immaculately clean play area. I think the management may have changed as it was dirty and messy. I was also disappointed that the clubhouse closed an hour after we arrived, we were not informed at the desk of this fact and no discount was given even though the desk will have realised that we would not get our two hours play. I will not be returning пҝҪ

Really good play area the kids loved it. There were 8 adults and 4 children, we purchased drinks and about halfway through after my 1 year old niece had eaten her lunch we sang happy birthday to her and started cutting her cake... but the young man who works in the cafe came over and abruptly told us we'd have to put the cake away as bringing our own food wasn't allowed. When we told him it was just a homemade sugar free birthday cake for a 1 year old and that the children were the only ones having a small piece he got very prickly, informed us he was just passing the message on and stormed off like a petulant child. After getting permission from the manager we were able to offer the kids a bit of cake, and then we continued having fun and spending money. Just a shame it was partly ruined by poor customer service...

I took my 4 grandchildren today at just after 2pm. I have been previously to parties held here and was disappointed at how much the place has deteriorated. The carpets were filthy and looked as if they had not been cleaned in years. The vacant tables had not been cleared of crockery and left over food, and the floor was littered with dropped food.

At about 3.15pm I was buying ice creams for everyone when an announcement was made that the clubhouse was closing at 3.30pm. Apparently this happens Monday to Wednesday to allow for private parties. I had not been informed when I paid the entry fee that we would not be able to have our full 2hrs. Also I would not have bought ice creams if I had known we would have to vacate the room. The children did not have time to finish their ice creams and we had to get tubs and spoons and carry all our belongings downstairs to the entrance area for the children to finish the ice creams.

Overall a very disappointing experience.

Such a disappointment. There is nothing for a baby or a small toddler to play with. Only a few balls. And their area was invaded by bigger children when I visited. They totally trodded upon the small toddlers and when I talked to the receptionist about it, nothing was done about it. Sad! Someone can really get hurt there. The other older children were having fun, so if you have a kid less than three years old maybe, there's nothing to do there and even if you try your best to protect your toddler, he will still be pushed around and he won't get a chance to explore the small area dedicated to babies and toddlers. It's just too much of a risk. 6 years old children should never be in that area, but the staff can see the rules being broken and they obviously don't want to upset the parents. It felt like a jungle in the babies area. Survival for the fittest lol

It is not so much the place itself more the staff. Some training in how to deal with children, especially chldren who have special needs would certainly not go amiss. I was furious today as I was trying to deal with my autistic son's meltdown (which does include bad language and I am mortified by this but I try so hard to deal with it and not let it upset people and I do apologise where I can for it). I think this guy thought he was impressing a group of mums as he came over and directly at my son raised his voice and told him to stop swearing. Under no circumstances would you go up to a child in the middle of an autistic meltdown and be confrontational with them, especially with a less than sensitive attitude. It takes me a lot to not only get my son out of the house but to actually have the courage to take him somewhere. I did complain to the manager and said that this man had no right to speak to my son directly like that and if there was an issue he should have spoken to me quietly about it and not confront either of us in the way he did. The manager was no help saying she couldn't believe her member of staff had done this and that she wasn't there and over he came again all obnoxious saying that he did have the right to speak to my son like that. Wonderful customer service - NOT. From either the manager or her staff. All he kept saying was "there were babies there"! As the group of other mums left it was all "bye and thank you for coming". You need better training and to be more inclusive! My son can no more stop his autism than I can stop the rain from falling.
