Kinetica has an excellent opportunity for an experienced individual to join an industry-leading global company as a Team Leader. Our client provides a product testing service for a wide range of industries including pharmaceutical, biotechnology, speciality chemicals and home and personal care.
Responsibilities include: Performing routine, non-routine and problem solving analytical tasks when required Managing multiple analytical projects undertaken by the company ... Critically evaluating data in a timely and efficient manner Developing and validating analytical procedures (HPLC, UPLC, GC), ideally for small and large molecules Ensuring resources are available for all projects Carrying out project team briefings at the start of each project Reviewing analytical project reports Managing performance through regular communications by utilising one to ones, team meetings and regular feedback
Candidate requirements: Previous supervisory experience in a cGMP accredited laboratory Educated to a Higher Education Level in a relevant area (e.g. Chemistry) or substantial work experience within a similar role Previous experience of evaluating performance Good IT literacy skills Commercial acumen Proven ability to develop and validate both routine and complex analytical methodology Able to critically assess data in a timely manner with regard to compliance with any system suitability requirements, GMP and other general analytical quality systems
