Pressure Vessels
Carbon and stainless steel pressure vessels up to 3m diameter and 20 tonnes, conforming to European (PED 2014 /68 /EU), American (ASME U stamp) and Chinese (AQSIQ ‘M stamp’) regulations and /or classification society rules. Designs based on ASME B& PV code and PD5500.

Specialist Fabrications
Carbon and stainless steel high integrity fabrications up to 20 tonnes for industries such as Oil & Gas, Marine and Power Generation.

Dished Ends
Carbon and stainless steel dished and flanged ends up to 4m diameter and 16mm thick.

Heavy machining
Vertical and horizontal boring of castings, forgings and fabrications up to 4m diameter and 20 tonnes.
