i did the semi intensive course over 2 months i passed first time with chris amour in plymouth.he is very professional and calm would 100% recommend learning with him the LDC system heleped me so much xxx

Worth every penny, loved my experience with my driving instructor Marie Haddon, a great help every step of the way and finally passed my test recently on the 10th April with the best support I could ask for!! :)

Went up to take part in the part 3 workshop and after two days came out with more confidence and insite into the part 3 exam. Bob and val totally simplified what is required to pass the exam and eased my mind as to what to expect. Just Gota get my core comps right and hopefully I'll pass on the 6th october!! Thanks to all the staff at Ldc!!

Passed today first time with Nando Langton , I cannot recommend him enough he is truly amazing. I came to Nando after having no confidence from my driving instructor and within a couple of lessons Nando brought my confidence back. He is really patient and calm and put you at ease! By far the best instructor! I am sooo happy!

My driving instructor is prefect, I pay up front and she's always on time (if not earlier) and as I have young children she don't mind picking me up from my babysitters on days my husbands working. I've learnt so much with her and even though she had loads of other learners she still personally remembers my progress and what else needs to be learnt without me telling her. I personally can't recommend them highly enough.

I passed second time with James Farrar. Unfortunately i did not quite pass my first test due to a small mistake, but with some guidance from James and a few more lessons i passed shortly after. My experience with both James and LDC was very positive throughout my learning, and the discount included for the first few lessons made choosing LDC a great option. For anyone considering having tests, I would really suggest choosing LDC, especially for people who may be less confident. James Farrar was a great instructor and as a new driver i could not recommend him enough, as he was extremely patient and great at helping me become more confident on the road.

I passed first time with Sharon hodgeson at the Wakefield centre . I did a 30 hour intensive course all week and passed today, I really think it depends which instructor you get, Sharon was great and put in extra hours to ensure I had the best possible chance . So if your doing it in Wakefield get Sharon ! Patient and persuasive ! :)

I passed first time with Paul Micklethwaite. I came across his web page whilst looking on google and emailed him. Set my lessons up for following week. He has the patience of a saint as i wasn't the easiest of students and he guided me through everything with ease.. I would highly recommend either Paul or LDC to anyone.

I passed first time off the back of a two week semi intensive course with Matt Dawson and I rate him very highly. He was patient, understanding and an excellent judge of how to pace the lessons to suit my ability. I'd recommend the semi intensive course to anyone but success with it hinges on your ability to cope with an imminent deadline and your willingness to put the work it.

I highly recommend les shipp at LDC driving centre I only had a hand full of lessons and I passed first time everyone can learn a lot from this man so get booking.

I can wholeheartedly recommend Phil Russell as an instructor, I passed both parts of my test on my first attempt. Phil is a good calming influence, polite, professional and a nice guy.

Thanks for your help, advice and patience while getting me passed Phil👍

Best experience ever, I have just passed my driving test with only one minor fault at heckmondwike under a brilliant instructor Mark Ritchie whom crafted me into a great driver, even the examiner stated this was one of the best drives he has seen for many years!!

Amazing company... I qualified as an instructor (ADI) in January and have continued on with the franchise. Very supportive team and brilliant service overall. Would highly recommend for lessons and instructor training �

Worst driving instructor's I have ever Had weak minded and no direction after a year of being Robbed of my money I finally left Ldc and I passed between the instructor and the test instructor worst experience of my life I would never recommend you all to nobody I know at all. Better note again I PASSED. KEY TO IT MAKE SURE YOUR INSTRUCTOR IS NOT WEAK MINDED ����

Wife got a driving instructor they kept changing her test date then calling her a fucking stupid idiot and saying he was going to blow arsoles cars up not good practice

Terrible experience with Sue Hawkins from Warwick. She provided a totally unreliable service and was only interested in making money, not getting my son through his test. Fortunately we found another instructor, after Sue left my son in the lurch, and he passed first time (even though he'd apparently picked up some very bad driving habits from Sue!).

Is this the sort of people your company trains ??? Pls see below.



Shocking Text (see below) Very poor service & customer relations Lee McCarthy you really should think before you put pen to paper totally the wrong attitude and business acumen, I hope people reading this think twice before entering into any transaction of your driving school or other business you may be involved with.



I've called you six times today and no answer or did you have the decency to reply.

Lee Driving Instructor:

Hi Jackie.



I don't like having to do this but due to two no shows from you in five lessons I shall be terminating our contract and am not willing to issue you driving tuition anymore.



Jackies Reply:

I informed you the day before that I might have to cancel, and it turned out that I did in fact have to cancel due to a prior appointment, YOU LOST NO MONEY FOR THIS AS ALL FIVE LESSONS WERE PAID IN ADVANCE, so in fact you had the potential to take another customer and double your money!



The second "no show" as you put it! Lee you this time had to change the appointment from the Tuesday to the Wednesday because you had a prior engagement! I called you 2 to 3 times on the Tuesday afternoon to confirm you would be coming on the Wednesday but you never answered nor returned my call, now when you turned up Wednesday instead of just driving off do you not think you could of called my phone to let me know you were here and ask if I was ready or even just knock on the door would be normal practice don't you think? And this time I've actually lost money because you couldn't be bothered!!!



Lee Instructor:

I Constantly turn up at your address and have to drive away.

I am running a business, not a charity. And due to the fact the no further lessons have been paid for I am not taking any risk at losing more money.



Jackies Reply:

I hardly call one missed appointment due to the fact you couldn't be bothered to just drop me a call to say you were outside as constantly having to turn up and drive away!! And where do you get off speaking to your customers in this manner "you not a charity" and really what money have you actually lost ???

I made a complaint to LDC in October over the awful experience that I had driving with the assigned instructor. I was traped into a contract with an instructor whom I strongly feel is not capable of doing her job. I complained prior to my test and was told to do the test anyway and resolve the issue afterwards. The issue is still not resolved and I am still waiting for a response from the manager of LDC. I have wasted nearly £1000 for an unorganised instructor and a company only interested in the money gained not the service given....
