Reminder: Normal classes are not running over this week and next. The only sessions which will be running are the holiday camps. Summer term classes will then commence on the week starting 22nd April 😄

☀️ Summer Term Gymnastics Classes - Places Available! Due to a class re-structure, we now have places available in classes for current members wanting to do an extra class, or non members who would like to start! ☀️
Whether your child is a complete beginner, or if your child is already a gymnast who would like to try the exciting gymnastics discipline of TeamGym, we have a class for everyone at Leeds Esprit Gymnastics.

All of our classes cater for boys and girls of mixed abilities, from beginners - advanced. Leeds Esprit is a British Gymnastics registered club, and follows all BG policies. All of our coaches are British Gymnastics qualified from proficiency level, to level 4 senior coach, and have full DBS checks along with Safeguarding training.
We have spaces in the following classes available from after Easter, in our facility at Hough Top Court, Bramley, LS13 4QP:
Tuesday 4.00 - 5.00pm: 5 - 8 years & 9+ years
Wednesday 4.00 - 5.00pm: 5 - 8 years Wednesday 7.00 - 8.00pm: 9+ years
Thursday 4.30 - 5.30pm: 5 - 8 years Thursday 6.30 - 7.30pm: 9+ years
Saturday 8.30 - 9.15am: 2 1/2 - 4 years (younger children also welcome) Saturday 9.15 - 10.00am: 4 - 5 years Saturday 10.00 - 11.00am: 5 - 8 years Saturday 11.00am - 12.00pm: 9+ years Saturday 12.15 - 1.15pm: Disabilities Session
We also have TeamGym development / competition squad trials available during the Summer term.

Our holiday camp sessions are based around fun, friends and progressing gymnastics skills. Gymnasts who attend will be split in to age groups, and will all get to work to their own ability level. The sessions will vary from day to day, and will include some of the following activities: * Trampolining * Floor and tumbling - involving fun preparations for more advanced skills * Vaulting - working on a variety of heights and vault surfaces * Trampette - practicing jumps / somersaults / twists on to mats or in to the foam pit * Fun body conditioning - which will involve the beam & bars * Team work activities - including partner / group balances * Floor races and foam pit races * Gymnastics circuits * Gymnastic challenges and games * Air Track and Air Ramp

🏅🌟 Massive well done to all of the gymnasts who competed in the SGA Invitational TeamGym Apparatus Championships yesterday!
It was a brilliant day, and was the first competition for many of our gymnasts. All teams achieved fantastic results throughout the day!

🌟 Brilliant second day at the Northern TeamGym qualifiers!
Our Youth girls Micro team placed 7th in their category, and did so well competing for the first time in the next level up from their previous competitions.
Our youth mixed Micro team & junior girls Micro team both placed 2nd in their categories. Fantastic results from both teams!
... Finally, our amazing disability team came in 1st place in their category!
We are super proud of all of the gymnasts who competed today! Well done everyone 🌟

🍀 Best of luck to our 4 Micro teams who are competing today at the Northern Qualifiers! Hope you all have a fantastic competition 🍀

Fantastic first day of the Northern TeamGym qualifiers!⭐️ Our Primary mixed red team placed 6th and our yellow team placed 3rd out of 16 teams in a tough category! Both teams placed in the top two out of the mixed teams in this category!
Our Youth mixed team placed 2nd in the Youth mixed category and surpassed the score required to qualify for the British Championships which will take place in July.
... Well done to all of the Scarborough teams that competed today, and a big well done to Leeds Esprit gymnast Izzy who competed with Scarborough and came 1st in their category!⭐️
We are so proud of all the the gymnasts’ performances today and their teamwork! ⭐️🤸‍♀️ We are excited for day 2 tomorrow!

We had a range of abilities & ages from 8 - 26 years performing from our disabilities, primary, youth, junior & senior teams. The gymnasts were all amazing, and put on a fantastic performance!
We are super proud of all of the gymnasts not just for their performance, but for their behaviour through the day representing Leeds Esprit so well.
