We love our stays here, clean & comfortable rooms, lush breakfasts, drinks & food and we loved the pool with spa facilities too. The staff are all friendly and helpful so we can’t fault the Marriott, at all. Thank you!

The hen do is coming to an end and all we can say is what a fabulous hotel, impeccable customer service and outstanding facilities. We have had such a great experience staying here. The rooms were clean and spacious, beds were comfy and The Rochester Suite exceeded all our expectations. All communications between myself and the hotel were professional yet personal making the organisation and pre-payment of rooms, food and drink a breeze. Thank you so much for your hospitality, we will definitely choose this hotel next time we venture to Leeds.

Reception staff were brilliant and friendly. Nice concierge lounge although the snacks were a little limited. Lovely upgraded corner room which was huge. Enjoyed the breakfast with a super waitress, Monica. Only downside is that Leeds is very noisy on a Friday night and the hotel is in the middle of the city. The courtyard location helped but drunken noise carried.

Me and a friend stayed with our children due to it being our daughters birthdays. The hotel was lovely but it was the staff that really made our stay, from the reception staff shuffling us about to make sure our rooms were together to Lisa and the rest of the leisure team that sorted it for us to have free cocktails/mocktails for our daughters birthdays. Every member of staff we met was fab and couldn't do enough for us. Thanks Leeds Marriott for a great nights stay, we'll definitely be back in the future.

Love this hotel and have stayed many times very central to Leeds. The staff are very friendly and welcoming always there to help. The hotel always smells lovely and clean, the rooms are very clean and spacious I would recommend this hotel if ever stopping in Leeds x

My friend and I visited here we had the 3 course set meal and I was wowed it was beautiful food cooked to perfection in a great atmosphere definite value tor money without skimping on quality will be returning soon

Brilliant day out, enjoying my best friends special birthday treat, massive thanks to the lovely staff, including Carol, also the nice health club chap, who made us laugh and had the best advice, and the lovely Wayne, who created the super afternoon tea! Absolutely loved our stay here on Valentine’s night, staff are so helpful and really nice, the facilities were great, food and drinks were amazing, very clean throughout the hotel, nothing to complain about at all, will 100% be returning :)

We have just got back from a 3 day stay was great location and found hotel perfect for our needs staff were all polite and helpful will definitely stay here again

We came for a mini moon after getting married the day before on arriving the staff were friendly and helpful the room was clean and tidy and couldn’t fault it. We had breakfast at the hotel which we also couldn’t fault it had a great selection and the staff were so lovely. The only fault we had was that the sauna and jacuzzi were broken during our stay which we mentioned to the manager that it disappointed is a little and she kindly refunded 25% of our room fee back to us for the inconvenience we still had use of the pool and steam room so it wasn’t all bad. The bar downstairs serves cocktails which the staff didn’t seem to know what they were doing and we thought £16 was a bit pricey for the size of the cocktail. We would definatly return to this hotel though but go elsewhere for the cocktails.

Great accommodation for what we paid £109 for 4 people the rooms could do with an update staff were lovely very helpful breakfast was very good will certainly be back

Stayed one night Easter Sunday. The Reception staff were very friendly and helpful. It was our wedding anniversary and the receptionist gave us a voucher for a free dessert if we ate at their restaurant There was a "rave" at a pub out the back of the hotel which thankfully finished at 12 but there was so much noise from the surrounding area, cars beeping endlessly, which I know isn't the hotels fault but the windows were so poor and old one of ours was leaking and the floor was wet.

We stayed in 628 which was next to the lift. The constant noise from them as they travelled up and down all night was ridiculous. Hardly slept at all. The bed wasn't very comfortable and the room was cold. The heater/air con wasn't working. On a positive note the lady who showed us to our table at breakfast was great. We mentioned the noise at reception the following morning and we got a 20% discount off our room rate.

Sadly to say we won't be back... back to.the Doubltree Hilton from now on.

Quite dissapointed really for the money I paid... I understand it's a Saturday night and city centre but air con was broke so we were red hot all night and my back is in agony from the bed. So uncomfortable!!! And the pool? Well.... nothing like the pictures, holes in the ceiling where light fittings have fell out and others are hanging out. Filters missing in the Jacuzzi so there is holes wide open... not good at all. Told staff who just didn't seem bothered... wouldn't rush back that's for sure

Nice Hotel but disappointed to pay so much for a room then have to pay extra for breakfast and car parking.

Also the rooms are not quite up to standard for example the bathroom sink is very worn & the shower is ok as long as you are no taller than 5ft

First time we have stayed in this hotel came for a girls weekend away.. great location but I wouldn’t be in a rush to come back here. The cleanliness isn’t very good in this hotel there was left over Food under the bed and thick dust.. the room took ages to heat up too was freezing.

Wow I would not even give it this the staff gave us our key then called us n said we hadn’t paid (y give us a key then ) so we went down at 10.30pm n showed them we had paid they then kicked us out fuming is an understatement customer service is terrible I will make sure I review on every social media site I can about your company I am so upset we stop in hotels every weekend so we can enjoy time away and a meal out but I can not describe what your company has done to me I am devastated with the way you have treated you made me feel so be littled feel free to check your cctv and see for yourself

Very disappointed with the service! The staff ( lady ) behind the reception is very rude. No heating in the room. Called up and complained just no response. No bathrobes slippers water etc in the rooms.. Will never stay here again. Please don’t waste your money!

Second time I have stayed (attempted to stay) first time the room was dirty and this time after checking in at 3.30pm going out for the day returning to the room at 10pm, reception called and asked for payment again saying the people we booked through (hotels combined) had cancelled the payment. Showing them my online banking and booking confirmation still wasn't enough my options was to either pay again or leave... at this point I was extremely angry and did swear on 2 occasions, the swearing wasn't aimed at anyone I'm sure the majority of people would have felt the same. I did apologise to the lady at reception and said I realise it's not her fault personally at which point the jumped up power hungry doorman told us we had to leave. If we hadn't paid why is the supplier today sorting out our refund.... Thank you Marriott Leeds for ruining what was a good day... not only did we have to pay for a taxi home we also had to go back for our car the following day... absolutely disgusted your customer service stinks...
