Hey everyone, so who's coming for some tasty grub in the name of Charity? The BBQ will be fired up at 12pm on Sunday. Drop a comment if you're coming so we know how much food to prep!

Sunday 15th July 12pm-4pm and Friday 3rd August 5pm-8pm
We will be doing a charity BBQ raising funds for Target Ovarian Cancer again and we will be having everyone gathered behind the gym in the courtyard, families and children welcome. A £5 donation covers you for whatever you would like to eat. We will be having burgers, kebabs and... salad available ;)
Please ask us if you would like healthy, vegetarian, halal options etc. and given notice we will happily accommodate as fa...r as possible.
If you want to do a workout beforehand (don't panic you don't have to!) and you're not a member you are welcome to do so, providing the paperwork is sorted first!
If you are not a member and you sign up during the BBQ, we will donate your first month's membership to charity.

The rebrand is now complete and Body Transformation Gym is now Unlimited Fitness

Hi everyone! We are going to be doing a charity BBQ, we are just deciding on a date, when is the best day and time for people? Open for everyone, non members and families with kids welcome. We will be doing it in the courtyard.

New treadmill should be arriving tomorrow, we will post pics after installation

New matting has been put down in the gym, even more space to do your weights!

We've won 3 bits of kit at an auction. If anyone is up for a road trip on Tuesday or Wednesday please PM us! We will pay you for your efforts. Obviously it's going to be manual work for an hour or two and it's all the way down in Essex so you'll need to be free the whole day. Tag the henchest person you know and tell them they'll get paid to do a functional workout ;)
