We have just used The Linen Cupboard Yorkshire for the first time and we have to say that the service we have received from Shelley in their Customer Service team was absolutely first class. She went that extra mile to ensure that we were totally satisfied and we would commend them for their customer care. Well done Shelley and all at The Linen Cupboard, Yorkshire.

This has to be the best firm thatI have dealt with in a long, long time! Their customer service is second to non - my query re their bedding range for my adjustamatic 4 ft x 6 ft 6 ins bed was dealt with and resulted in me purchasing amazing bed linen that is perfect, so much so, I had to purchase another set so that I could have the same comfort when the first lot are in the wash!

You definitely get what you pay for and I intend , eventually, to replace the linen on all the beds in my house. I feel guilty being the only one in the family benefiting from this luxury bedding!

Ordered my bedding on Monday morning it as just arrived today (tuesday). Iv taken they out of packet and oh my they are so soft and beautiful. I will be using you from now on. I bought 4 fitted sheets for our electric beds. Thanku so much and free postage and packing too

Ordered fitted sheets for a three-foot six-inch bed, fast delivery, and superb quality, very pleased. Bought four continental pillows soft and comfortable, highly recommend.

Just want to compliment The Linen Cupboard on its customer service - my parcel went astray yesterday and after I called to ask where it was, they called me back not once but twice to let me know they hadn't tracked it down but would courier another one to me straight away if it hadn't been found by 12pm today. The parcel magically appeared on my doorstep this morning, but thank you to Graeme and Selena for going the extra mile. And the sheets are good too!

I placed an order with The Linen Cupboard last year but didn't realise they had this Facebook page until I just saw it now.



I have to say that the customer service was outstanding, I rang them with a list of vague questions about unusual sized bedding. I was blown away by the level of knowledge on the phone, the lady simply asked me to get a tape measure, and off I went. I honestly thought that I would never be able to get the fitted sheets, mattress protectors etc to fit... and thought I would have to have them made, but the lady was so helpful and explained all the different sizes and qualities.

I put the phone down and thought wow, that was easy!



Then when the products came a couple of days later I was still a tiny but sceptical that they would fit, but blimey they all fit like a glove. The quality was gorgeous, thick, well made products that the minute you touch them you know that you've got the best quality that exists in your hands.

I can't normally be bothered with writing reviews but at the time even though I rang them to say thank you, I really couldn't thank them enough. I had two odd sized beds for two odd sized rooms, what I thought was going to be a nightmare turned out to be a dream.

I hardly ever write reviews however given the the long painful search I had to go through to find a bed sheet that fitted my mattress (bought from Ikea) I thought that people deserve to know that the Linen Cupboard are life savers.



After trying all of the high street retailers with no prevail I wanted some help so I called and spoke to a lovely lady at the linen cupboard who talked me through what options are available and what would suit my needs perfectly. After the advice I was given I purchased a 400 thread count Egyptian cotton extra deep sheet and it fits like a glove!



The price was perfect and the service was excellent.

Highly recommend the American Pima... top quality!

Fantastic Service. Delivery was brilliant with emails telling me what time it would arrive. Products fantastic, have looked for extra deep sheets 18" for a long time and finally found just what I wanted together with a mattress protector also extra deep. When you put a topper on a big bed you need big bedding. Would recommend this company to anyone.

Excellent service - ordered one day - delivered by courier the next - standard delivery rate. Mattress enhancer is for new electric bed with 9" mattress which unfortunately creates an uncomfortable "ridge" when in upright position!? This quilted soft topper softened the raised upper part and made a significant cosy difference to my sleeping as due to back problems I DO sleep in the raised position!

Waited until had washed valance sheet to see if it shrank. It did not.

Have ordered another and hope it is just as good.

Thread count/cotton content (polycotton) could be higher but reasonable value for money.

Wanted some fitted sheets for my single Tempur matresses. Had bought 2 at Bed Linen Direct at £12 each. They were decent enough but I thought I'd try to see if I could get some better ones. Quickish delivery. Sadly though they are the very same sheets I bought from Bed Linen Direct but £8 per sheet more expensive.

Ordered a valance for a King Sized Bed and it arrived very quickly and was well packaged. Once in place it looks good but the material is very thin and I don't expect it will have a long life. In addition there were only 14 hook strips included instead of the 15 stated on the package. Luckily two of the hook strips were significantly longer than the others so judicious use of scissors "created" a 2 part 15th strip. For the price I feel that the quality could have been better but it was not poor enough to return the item. Therefore "Fair" seems an appropriate rating.

They refuse to respond to a simple query as to whether they ensure that their suppliers comply with basic animal welfare standards. I am looking to buy a number of down/feather pillows but do not want to support farms involved with fois gras/force-feeding.

Poor service. Called up to ask basic questions for Market research project. Was told I was a 'Fucking twat' and hung up on.

Keep spamming me after multiple attempts to get off the mailing list - don't know why I was ever on it.
