Sometimes when making a roast dinner you want som crispy potatoes problem is the potatoes normally go cold because I can’t fit everything in the oven so I like to make smashed potatoes
•Boil baby potatoes still soft with skin •With a flat utensil push down till the potatoes breaks but doesn’t come apart •In a pan add a little oil and minced garlic... •Place the potatoes in the pan and season with salt, pepper and parsley •Let the potatoes get crispy

Apple crumble

Totally winged dessert last night. I’m not much of a baking cakes sorta gal I hate measurements but I had this craving for apple crumble with custard.
Not only does the kitchen smell divine the crumble itself is so satisfying.
I added lemon to four Granny Smith apples, a stick of cinnamon and a pinch of nutmeg. Don’t forget the sugar as the apples are quite tart!
