Recently I’ve been listening to happy place podcast by @fearnecotton recommended by the beautiful @sar1574, brilliant podcast, talking about mental health. Fearne talks to the people around her who she maybe close to or who she has a lot of time for, and they open up about their own experiences, how they now feel, their journey through and their outlook on life after depression and anxiety. Suffering from both in my life, with anxiety been the most recent, it really resonate...d. The after part is so important because there is an after. The biggest thing and what seemed so small and still does, that changed my life was writing 3 things down however small that you were grateful for that day, and focus on these. For those who want to work out there ring size to be a little more accurately, here is our T I P N U M B E R 2. Have you got some string, ribbon or even dental floss hanging around? A ruler? Scissors? Ok firstly if you cut a length of around 7cm or more. Next, wrap this round the finger where you would like to wear your ring. Wrap this tight, with the end touching your finger, wrap the string around till it meets the end, and mark with one of your fingers on the string where... they meet. Keep your finger here, and take the string to the ruler, and measure from the end to your finger marking. This will be around 5cm or more. Then check your size with ours: Extra Small - 5cm, Small - 5.4cm, Medium - 5.6cm, Large - 5.9cm. and simply let us know which size you are, If yours are any different from above just message us with your order the length of your string. Today we are sharing T I P N U M B E R 1 We have 4 sizes... Extra Small, for all those who know they have super tiny hands Small, for those with the average lady size hand, we have found that these are the most common size, Medium, for those who have just got hands that are a little bit bigger, and Large, for all those ladies out there, who know they have larger hands, there ain’t nothing wrong with that! The picture shown above, Lissy is wearing a small. Please watch out for Tip number 2 which shows you a way of working this out a little more accurately too.
