I've finally found a takeaway that ticks all of my boxes:

- Pristine kitchen

- Good portion sizes

My meal was healthy and billing, packed with flavour and I didn't feel guilty at the end of it.



Halloumi fries are a must!!

Food was amazing, found a healthy takeaway option. Definitely recommend it.

Finally got round to trying this place on friday night and it was superb. Had a chicken wrap as well as halloumi fries and they were both bloody delicious. Was absolutely stuffed by the end of it, perhaps bit off more than I can chew but the halloumi was perfect with sweet chilli sauce.



Prices were very reasonable for the quality of food, particularly £3.95 for a fresh hot wrap... a bargain considering supermarket processed wraps are £3



The waiting times were quite long, and they forgot some pita and hummus from our order but they soon rectified it and it certainly won't deter me from ordering again. How busy they are in their first few weeks is a testament to how popular they are, and will be in that location. I hope Lite Bowls is a fixture of Tong Road for many years to come, and can maybe extend their opening hours a bit too ��

Couldn’t manage it all in one go. I got a wrap and rice and it was delicious.. still got half left for tomorrow too so a bonus.

Can not recommend this place enough amazing food hot chicken box is delicious really cheap too
