Visited yesterday after been locked 🔒 out of my bag by the little monkeys 🐒, manage to get the padlock 🔐 opened with people laughing, always a good 😊 day and purchased a new purse to match the bag 💼, lady was really helpful and after getting home had a light bulb 💡 moment using the Louis Vuitton ribbon 🎀 to make a neck strap for my car key when I'm on the school run and have no pockets in my lovely outfits Xx

Very warm welcome. Very helpful and patient while my daughter decided which bag she wanted. Only 1 1/2 hours later. But the young lady more than helpful.

The staff are fabulous, very attentive, it was an absolute joy to shop there!

I was visiting Leeds for an event and thought I'd pop in to the store as my iPhone folio lists it's stickiness and I needed a tag hot stamping.



I asked the lady who served me if I could talk to someone about having my folio repaired to make it sticky again, expecting it to be sent off but she had a word with someone and replaced it with a brand new one. Also she said hot stamping is usually 3 days turnaround, i explained I would leave it then as we was only in Leeds for the night but she went out of her way to get it got stamped first thing the following morning for me to pick up before I headed home.



Amazing customer service. Was delighted when the folio was replaced and that my tag was done super fast. Thank you �

I can honestly and truly say this has to be one of the better LV stores, and we have visited a fair few.



Always a cheerful welcome and staff are always polite and professional yet they always make each visit like your first time. How they manage to remember little aspects of your life asking questions regarding family and pets, it always amazes me.



This is my favourite store to visit even if only for a browse.

Called in Sunday for the slender wallet, told its was out of stock, nope point was I asked to look at some different wallets or asked to order one in, made to feel uncomfortable, just ordered it online my self

Very very poor service in the Leeds store today. Purchases totalling just short of £5k and the attitude of the male and female assistant was horrendous. I wish I had recommended either Manchester or London to my relatives.
