Do you think it makes a difference when you receive an email if the person sending it to you doesn't start with a 'hi...', 'hello...' or even 'dear...' etc.?
For me, it forms a nice greeting at the start of the email. When it isn't there, my gut reaction is that it then becomes very forthright, perhaps even some sort of complaint or direct instruction.
I wrote an article last year on basic email etiquette, with most of the people who read it telling me that they never realised that such a simple thing could make a big difference!

We recently designed a set of pull up roller banners and a plinth counter-top for Kidzplay to use on their stand at the Attractions Show, today in Broxbourne, Hertfordshire.

Nesstoy recently launched a new range of children's toys. As part of the product launch, they required a whole range of marketing material, including a new website, which we designed and built for them.
We worked amongst a wider international team, with members from the UK, US and China. It is truly amazing how today's communication technology has totally removed any barriers, allowing us to work with anyone, anywhere in the world... right from our very own office!
