We visited just before Christmas to look for a high chair! We ended up leaving with some pram toys, pram, footmuff and sit me up ring! Very impressed with the store and the gentleman who served us was amazing! There wasnŌĆÖt much selection on highchairs and rather than buy just because one of the staff members advised that all I needed to do was message them and theyŌĆÖd let me know at a later date what they had in stock and I could pay via PayPal and they would curior it out to us! 1st class service

Thankyou so so much to the mama and papas Huddersfield outlet store. I'm from Essex and my little girl lost her comforter which she has had from birth on Friday. It's no longer made but lucky there were some in the factory outlet store. The lady I spoke to put it straight out to delivery for me on Saturday and I received it today. My little girl was so excited to have her teddy back after it's 'holiday'. A brilliant example of amazing customer service.

Received a m&p refurbished voyage from the factory shop via post as I'm not nearby. Communication was great, invoice sent via PayPal with swift delivery and tracking number given. Stroller is in excellent condition and looks good as new. Very pleased all round!

Visited again last week and this week! Dom really helped me when buying the ocarro on the promotion where I got the free carry cot! And then today we went to the coffee morning where we were so well looked after by Sarah and Ashley! My sister bought a sample pram for a great price along with a footmuff. I will keep an eye out for the next events and definitely be back soon!

Picked up an Armadillo stroller for a really great price & the staff were so helpful showing me how all their strollers folded etc! I was able to pay & pick up at a later date as my car was full. The staff even helped me work out how to get a pram liner on the stroller (easy once I was shown ha!). Really impressed with the service overall!

Ordered a Argo compact pushchair over the phone for holiday. Was meant to be 179 in standard mamas and papas shops but called up to see if they had it out of pot luck. And Low and behold GOLD standard. Services was fantastic free delivery and came the next day it perfect condition no faults. Fab service!

I went to the shop today with my with an idea of what I wanted. They didnŌĆÖt have the exact but Karen at the shop couldnŌĆÖt have been more helpful. She spent so much time with me and listened to what I had in mind. She literally moved mountains for me and I left with a better pram I had originally chosen within my budget and I couldnŌĆÖt be happier ’┐Į I will definitely be going back and would highly recommend! I visited yesterday with my Son, daughter in law and husband. The service was brilliant! We were purchasing a pram system for our first Grandchild. The knowledge of the shop assistants was very good. Nothing was too much trouble and they spent time showing us how the system worked. We were even offered a bottle of water as it was such a hot day! We were all very impressed with the whole experience and we saved a lot of money. I would highly recommend a visit here!

Fantastic customer service, lovely friendly and informative staff!

Been several times in the past few months and always come away with plenty of bargins, from a pram with brilliant discount to outfits and much more theres always something new each time we go.

We had an issue with returning an item and had to come back for a refund but there wasnt any quibbles the staff sorted it straight away and offered compensation for our troubles.

They also didn't have the pram adapters in stock we were looking for so they delivered them first class to my home address free of charge.

Would recommend to anyone.

So glad I stumbled across this store its saved us a fortune.

All the staff were absolutely lovely. IŌĆÖd say the best bargains are on prams and furniture (which I already have) but I did get some nice clothes at a good reduced price

Unless very local visiting is a waste of time. The shop is very small and a majority of items arenŌĆÖt reduced and are VERY expensive. No boys clothes! No vests or babygros The shop was a lot smaller than I thought it would be for such a large company. It wasnŌĆÖt very tidy either .There was some good discounts on cots and buggyŌĆÖs but we were very disappointed after driving up from Nottingham. I called Feist they hang up then I call again then did nt listen to me .

I requested to speak with supervisors or manager they reply me it will take mac 24 hours and supervisors or manager will get back to me but they don't care they didn't call me back after that I decided to call them again and i called then they again and they manager will call u today but they called on wrong number which I really explain contact number is this one but as I mention they don't care ....

In the end I spoke with manager but no befits i emails them pictures of wrong items.

Manager send me wheel which are not correct and they give me 10┬Ż gift vouchers and i lost my money.

Today I send an email again so they said send us pic.....

And the twist in this story is I seen my mobile bill is 63 pounds for this month's I paid more then 30 pounds for 0hone calls...



I suggest to every one please do not buy any signal item from them they don't no how to handle customer complains....

We have been today, the staff knew absolutely nothing about car seats, they tried at one point to tell me that one of the seats could harness to 36kg which was completely wrong and actually very dangerous! They then when asked about another car seat could not alter the height of the straps (I had to show her how to do it)! We have returned home very frustrated then realised that we I have been charged too much for two of my items (only ┬Ż1 each but still very annoying) and that they have also left the security tags on two of the items too. Not a good experience at all! The staff NEED training!!!

If I could give a zero I would. I ordered a pram for my daughter in July and when it arrived a week ago (3 weeks before her due date) not only was it the wrong colour but the carrycot and chair were completely different colours. We were not consulted about this before hand and when my daughter went in to your Southampton store to sort it out all she was offered was a ┬Ż20 voucher and when she started to get understandably a bit upset she was told by a member of staff that ŌĆśI think you should leaveŌĆÖ

This is not the kind of service I expect from any store let alone when IŌĆÖve paid over a Grand for the pleasure!
