Our new season has arrived and we just can’t contain our excitement😬

We have just had a personal shopper appointment with Natalie to look at prams and travel systems. She was so friendly and knowledgeable and gave us a full demonstration of the products. We have ordered the Ocarro and I would definitely recommend the personal shopping service in store and in particular Natalie.

Really impressed that they have a designated feeding room with very comfy rocking chair. We used it for my 7 week old daughter who was starting to get grumpy and i thought I would have to make a dash for home but the lovely staff told me I could use their feeding room which was a godsend! It also allowed me to have a bit longer shopping for gorgeous clothing in the sale!

Just want to say a huge thank you to Vicky and her colleague at the Birstall store

I called at the store to buy a mattress for my daughters cot, aside from the excellent customer service I experienced they took the time to look at my daughters car seat for me.

I wasn’t happy that she was fitted in it correctly. Vicky made some adjustments and now it’s perfect

I’m a first time mum and have just had a fantastic shopping trip to be beautifully refurbished M&P store for one of their parents to be events.



Upon arrival we received a goody bag with discounts & a lovely free gift. We also received information on the demonstrations that were ongoing through the evening including: infant First aid, Car seat installation & safety, Prams & pushchair demonstrations & The essentials buys for baby. There were also refreshments of drinks and snacks which added a nice personal touch.



All the demos were really informative, covering a verity of topics & lasted about 10 - 15 minutes long giving us plenty of time to get hands on with the products & ask the experts any additional questions if we needed there advice.



The atmosphere was relaxed and calm & the assistants were extremely knowledgable, genuinely wanting you to receive the products that were right for you & your baby. They allowed you the time to browse at leisure & they also allowed you to try car seats & push chairs in your own car to ensure you have enough cargo space.



One thing I was really keen to see was the nursery furniture as It’s hard to judge colours & quality from pictures alone. I was really impressed with quality & variety of designs that the store could hold. Each collection that M&P stock we’re beautifully displayed each in their own ‘mock nurserys’ all set up with accessories toys and bedding, allowing is to imagine the collection within our home & made our selections much easier.



I’d definitely recommend a parent to be event if you’re a first time parent or are having your second / third child, it was a really nice experience & I now wouldn’t want to shop anywhere else.



We were also offered to book in for a personal shop experience for anyone who needed additional advice on a one on one basis.

I went in to your store this afternoon (Birstall, Leeds) and had a very grouchy, tired and sweaty toddler in tow.

My stress levels were increasing by the minute being the 3rd store we had to go to where he was crying and generally creating a scene.

All your staff were brilliant but especially Gail who went and got my son a biscuit and a bottle of water to calm him down. It was such a lovely gesture and really helped my son and my rising blood pressure.

I just wanted to pass on my thanks and say that you helped me more than you know today �

Had a personal shopping appointment this afternoon at the Leeds Birstall store and the staff were all so helpful and welcoming. Oliver the member of staff who hosted are appointment was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Would highly recommend as not only was it informative but also a lovely experience with my husband and the grandparents to be!

Totally out of order. Advertised a pram bundle clearly active on there website and then they tell me it’s an old offer and won’t do anything yet it will allow me to order it online. False advertising and I will be taking this to trading standards. Absolutely appalling service

So I'm still waiting for a call back from customer services. I have emailed and called them over 6-7 times. I then had to call my aberdeen store for help. The woman was lovely. I spoke to someone on Thursday who said id get a call Friday at 12. Shock its Monday and I'm still waiting.



So my cot bed that was meant to last me till my son was 5. Has a fault and they no longer do the parts. They have panned me off for months. So no idea why they didn't tell me this for a start. They said it was my fault how i put the screws in wrong even tho i got a joiner to put his bed together.



Worst experience of customer service i have ever experienced in my life.

Ordered all our babys stuff prob 6 months ago then we we got it all deliverd changing matt was missing so they refunded the missing itam as they no longer stock it but its a matching set that matches the cot and crib so thanks

Not very happy that I came into the store on the 15th June to complain about my pram wheels not working right to be ordered new wheels which should have been delivered on the 20th and they still haven't turned up!!

Phoned on the 23rd to be told someone would ring me back to which no one did so rang again on the 24th to be on hold for 12 minutes before someone answered and now be told that the order hasn't gone through! Now they can't sort it till Monday. I need a working pram. NOT HAPPY AT ALL
