relaxed environment friendly staff, impressed with the choices of salads and options to have them how you like. delicious food, highly recommend 👍🏻

What a pleasant surprise.

I took my 5 year old here for some dinner on a Sunday afternoon. We ordered pizzas but I wasn't expecting them to bring the pizza over to our table for my son to make himself, he was really excited as he started smearing sauce everywhere and sprinkling cheese on.

I was served by 3 different staff whilst I was there and all 3 were fantastic, happy to serve, all smiling and offered great service, one even threw in a free drink.

This will probably be a regular haunt for us now!

Plus the prices were great value for money........top marks!üòÉ

Went to Arc on Friday night for a cocktail master class for my birthday absolutely love it .Josh showed us how to make them he was such a nice guy in fact all the staff were lovely. Would diffanatly recommend going . Thanks Eleanor

I would like to say a massive THANK YOU to the Arc for helping to organise Leannes 30th last week. It's was set up to perfection and the staff were to thank for this. Everything was taken care of before we arrived and we had an amazing night. Great staff, excellent cocktails and fab music. I could not of asked for anything better. Thanks again. Xxxxx

I was really impressed with the Manager and Bar Staff who looked after us yesterday afternoon for winning the Super Sunday Football Competition. The BBQ Meat Feast Pizza was cooked to perfection and we will certainly be back hopefully sooner than later.

I visited Arc last week for a night out for one of my friend’s birthdays. It was an amazing night all round - really good atmosphere and friendly staff! I will most certainly be going again. Thank you!

I can’t believe this was my first visit! Fantastic place, superb food with a great atmosphere...and the best background music playlist I’ve ever heard in a restaurant. Still sad Trio is no longer on North Lane but happy to have found the Arc...outstanding!

Excellent service! All the booths upstairs were ‘reserved’ for a girls 18th birthday party. Due to the lack of friends/turnout to this event, there was plenty of seating available. Our party was left our own devices for the duration of stay.

Went with my friend for a few celebratory drinks. The cocktails were delicious and even better at 241! The only issue I had is that it was really loud music-wise so we couldn't really chat. Would go back for food though as it looked delicious.

Visited the place a few times now, both in the day and the night time. Great atmosphere, good service and good food. Will be back again.

Recently visited here with a few friends, food was good and so was the service!

Quite loud, had some problems with the quiz app and just had loads of football questions. But the manager was great and when we'd been overcharged for our food we got a refund and a free drink to rectify it. Nice food that's a bit different from other places as well

Lovely bar restaurant and cocktail bar - great food and it's really geared for students families, really enjoyed ÔøΩ My niece who we went to see lives in the flat next door she has put a cv in but would be great if she got a job xx

Staff are lovley and everything is on point but because are booking for 7 was not as important as the booking for 100 we got shoved on any table and pretended there was nothing for us! A call to say things have changed wouldn‚Äôt of been a bad thing ü§∑ü誂Äç‚ôÄÔ∏èü§∑ü誂Äç‚ôÄÔ∏èü§∑üè ª‚Äç‚ôÄÔ∏è

Went to the Arc to watch football and rugby beacuse it's normally a great place to watch sport but upstairs was closed so there was pretty much no toilet facilitiesand tables were filthy! If I wanted that kind of service I'd go to the Skyrak or The Oak!

Staff were not attentive, and seemed completely uninterested. No check back, food came out wrong. Staff stood around chatting and laughing louder than the music and atmosphere was poor as a result.



Not busy at the time of visit, so just straight up poor service.

Quite honestly appalling at 5.30 we couldn't order pizza because that had a party coming at 7! Bar staff don't seem to know what a pint is, the one that served us thought a pint was to the mark 2/3 up the glass, same one thought it ok to fill a glass with ice for a pint of lemonade. Needless to say I will not be going back, I would urge you to avoid also, poor amateurs at best.
