Pastas

Choose from a daily selection of delicious pastas, sauces and ingredients and we will make you the meal. We will speedily prepare our ‘Mini’ (or larger if you prefer) portions of quality pasta dishes prepared and cooked fresh
Polpette Messinese - Our ‘very’ special savoury meatball recipe served in a wonderfully flavoured salsa di Pomodoro
Penne alle Cipolline – A beautiful light sweet flavoured spring onion sauce with penne or an available pasta of choice.
Rigatoni con la Salsa Pomodoro– a simple pasta topped with our Sicilian base sauce or go alla Siciliana by adding Melanzane (aubergines)

Our preparations include our family’s lasagne alla mamma, cannelloni, gnocchi Marinella, sp. alla buttanesca, ecc. Like cream we also make a fine mini Carbonara to order.
