Very helpful, my previous Professional Indemnity from another company had increased by 38%. Merkel were cheaper than my original insurer and saved me 15% on the original price for the same level of cover.

Very helpful, I had spent a lot of time prior to phoning Markel Direct trying to find the information I needed to find to make a decision about which insurance to use. And found them to be very friendly and helpful on the phone, and also suggested a change in the plan which meant it was cheaper for me. Very good so far.

Excellent service. Very reasonable cost for public liability insurance

Easy process. My only observation was that the site doesn't recognise when an existing user is taking out an additional policy unless the user is already logged in. There is only a register link for signed out visitors.



Other than that, excellent product and easy process.

Not the first company I approached but very helpful and good advice. The quote for Professional Indemnity Insurance was very reasonable which I accepted straight away. Had to ring up 3 times to get my documents then ended up getting 3 copies all at once. Overall a good service and price.
