We visited Meze last night and it was my first time eating there.



We were made to feel welcome immediately and the staff were constantly available and attentive throughout the evening. Nothing was too much trouble, including pointing out special offers we weren't aware of and explanations of the dishes and even a fantastic variation on the spices used with the chicken I ordered. The staff were clearly passionate about the venue and the food, and that came across in every aspect of the service.



There was a huge choice on the menu and it took a while to settle on one main course! The food was served quickly, well presented and the flavours just fantastic. The portions were generous and managed to fill my healthy appetite.



Being the last ones out, we chatted with the staff for a while (and admired the well tended plants!) and they were charming, genuinely friendly people. That makes all the difference to me.



I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Meze if you want to try or do enjoy Turkish and Greek food.



Criticism? Absolutely none. I cannot think of anything I didn't like about the whole experience. Superb.



All in all I was very impressed and look forward to returning soon.

Tempura prawns with sweet chilli sauce, sardines, chicken kebab and sword fish. All cooked to perfection. Place was really busy for an Easter Monday night. Staff were helpful and friendly as usual. It’s about six months or so since we were last down here but nice to see it’s still very busy. Love all the work you’ve done to extend the premises. Also good to see many of the same staff still there.

Stunning food - top quality, beautifully presented and delicious. Lovely staff. Generous quantities necessitated a doggy bag!

Second time to Meze. Greated by professional, courteous and entertaining staff. The whole group loved their meals and the staff were accommodating on a special request with desert. I would happily recommend the restaurant.

Really nice food, nice staff and lovely atmosphere. Been many times. Will definitely go again. Highly recommend this restaurant. Yet to try through the day but im sure its just the same.

Really lovely tasty fresh food. Took advantage of the dinnertime special - 2 courses for £10.95. Delicious. Will be back!

I went to Meze for a late birthday lunch with a friend. It was lovely, and we were well looked after. I even got sung to for my birthday, and a lovely surprise of some chocolate cake 🎂 ☺️

Had lunch at Meze with friends, food was sensational, staff fabulous and atmosphere perfect, not to mention amazing prices. Whole heartedly recommend.

Great kalamari squid lovely olives gawjus the kebab was nice too. Tried baklava for first time nice worth price we had 3 glasses of coke between us and all together came to 54.00 good value nice service too. Sat night.

Beautiful food, well presented, lovely staff and nice atmosphere. Was my first time and I was very pleasantly surprised. Was reasonable prices, i dont think they should be any higher. Was impressed with the homemade chicken soup, it's hardly ever homemade when places say it is.There were 8 of us and all the food was tasty and hot . Not what I was expecting at all for a Greek restaurant, much nicer. I couldn't fault it. Would return and recommend.

4th time I’ve eaten at the restaurant and all four times the food was very tasty. Staff were friendly and helpful. Always a nice occasion.

Very busy place. Chicken pastries & kalamari starters were nice. My wife's lamb on the bone was lovely. I had mixed kebab (Chicken & lamb skewer) served with rice & salad. Tasty but the lamb was a little tough. Effes bottled beer lovely. Overall good 4��

The restaurant was quite busy when we arrived, but we'd booked online so didn't have to wait for a table, the staff were attentive without being intrusive and our order was taken quickly. We ordered the mixed maze for all three of us and the food soon started to come, it kept coming too, Olives and chillies, Greek salad, Selection of dips with pitta, then came Prawn & Fetta, Potato Keftedes and a Chicken Pastry, the main course of Chicken Kebab, Lamb Kebab, Beef Stifado with Rice finished us off. No room for dessert. Stuffed.

Fantastic meal to celebrate a birthday. Meze starter was immense and delish! We had a meat one and a veg one between 5. I had lobster ravioli for main. Very rich and very filling. I thought it was a nice change from usual Sat night Italian or Indian. Staff very pleasant and attentive. Nice atmosphere too.
