Me and my mum were on a mission yesterday to find me a dress for an event I'm attending next week. All staff we came across were helpful and knew what they were talking about but one girl really stood out to me and mum and she even took time out of her work to help me and mum decide the 'winning' dress and her name was Georgia. She was very honest, helpful, friendly and offered to help complete each outfit I tried on with accessories, shoes etc. She was like my own personal shopper and gave me the confidence to look good in each outfit and I couldn't of asked for better service. She deserves recognition for her hard work and amazing advice on fashion. You can tell she's dedicated to her job. Georgia you saved the day. Thanks girl x

I’ve just been in to see my friend who works for you and ended up being helped by a girl called romanie ( sorry if that’s spelt wrong) she was amazing, so so helpful and I’d come back to shop just for her help

Despite all of the bad reviews on here, i must say i love this shop, and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. I as a woman, as most women, would not be comfortable with a man in the changing rooms whilst I am using them. A womens' changing room is for the use of women only. And if men want to use the shop, then the company should provide a gender-less changing room. Then it gives the people using them a choice as to what they are comfortable with using, rather than everybody slagging off Missguided, because Missguided considered the feelings of the women already in the changing rooms. Did nobody consider the feelings of the women already in the changing rooms? And the fact that I feel I cant even use my real account to write this with fear of being publicly attacked is shameful on all of you. Everybody has the right to their own opinion. Commonly called freedom of speech.

Maybe we all need to consider the motives behind this slander campaign, ie a personal publicity stunt to gain notoriety...

im transgender and trust me going shopping is already stressful enough when you dont look binary. the sort of treatment you provided to one of your customers is absolutely unacceptable and is a reason why most trans/non-binary people feel extremely uncomfortable when going shopping. i know for sure ill be staying away from your shops. come on, its 2017, if i want a "womens" shirt ill get, why would a label on it stop anyone from allowing me to? this is not okay.

User

hello good, I write to you because I made a week before my birthday a dress for misguidded I paid for the shipment to arrive in one day, total arrived two weeks or three later. I went to the post office to pay to send the package and return it, followed the steps that must be followed, they sent me an email telling me that I would be reimbursed soon, I write almost every day, I am still waiting for a refund of € 78. I have written again pissed off they told me that the refund was already made to my bank account and that if I sent more emails they would not answer me.

I've been waiting for a refund of € 78 for three months and they do not answer me in any social network !!!

The lack of sensitivity by staff towards customers is horrendous. Denying access to changing room facilities based on gender has no place in 2017. For a brand that is advertised by the LGBT+ community this is both embarrassing and appalling. To then brush off the entire debacle and try a quick fix is exactly the reason why it was allowed to happen in the first place. If your brand is "in support" of the LGBT+ community then your staff should be trained and equipped to deal with situations such as these rather than championing segregation and gender discrimination.

User

The fact that you discriminate and degrade your customers solely because of their gender is freaking retrogressive and simply disgusting. Honestly, Missguided, face consequences of your staff's behaviour and prevent this from happening again rather than offering a pathetic discount to the person that has been affected. As a woman, I would never mind a man trying clothes on in the fitting room next to me. What would disturb me though is your rude staff. I and a lot of your other customers regardless their gender will never be able to tolerate this so please, sort it out somehow! Btw, I was never being kicked out of the store because I used a fitting room in the MEN department, feel free to let me know if you ever heard of a woman which had experienced the opposite. ;)

User

Join the 21st century clothes are simply materials the fact that you denied a male just because he is male is disgusting, what if that person had worked for years to gain the confidence and strength to come in to a shop and buy the things they feel comfortable in and you could have caused them a serious mental setback all over fabric SHOCKING!!!

User

It is completely out of order that this company denied the use of changing rooms to a customer based on their perceived gender. Disgusting company 'ethics' and to then offer a gift card rather than a public apology is further insult.

User

I wish I could put 1 star. Disgusting attitude to a male wanting to try on a sequin top, even with supervision. If this was a male shop they wouldn't have an issue with females trying on men's t shirts or shirts. Foul attitude. And disgraceful customer service.

User

I was appalled to hear that in the store the other day, customers were witness to a member of staff humiliating and discriminating against a customer by denying them access to the fitting rooms based solely on their perceived male gender. This behaviour is despicable and should be looked into. I am appalled that a fashion brand in 2017 would be so closed minded towards the diverse ways in which people feel comfortable dressing. I will not be purchasing from this company again, unless it is seen to that the company (and shop assistant involved) sufficiently apologise to the customers involved for this outrageous demonstration of prejudice and bigotry.

User

I don't even want to give this a 1 star review for the recent appalling treatment towards a friend of mine. Absolutely flabbergasted that no one official at Missguided Bluewater has even responded to these reviews but then if you're treating customers in store with such disrespect and disdain then there is clearly no Management structure or Staff Training in place. Unless that is to get them to post fake reviews. Incredible. And offering a £20 gift card quite frankly is insulting and not cool. It's 2017, sort your brand out. Missguided by Name. Misguided by Nature.

User

Do not allow this to go unanswered or swept under the rug!

"Love the store but the fact I wasn't allowed to try on Clothing because I'm a male is out of order! I wanted to simply try on a black sequin top and was made out to feel like I was asking for to much and that I was out of order! I even asked if a member of staff could accompany me to a bathroom so I could try it on and still, because I'm a male I was denied! It's out of order and extremely sexist!"

User

Disgusting and discriminatory service. How dare you treat people in this way! I sincerely hope you receive some training asap and apologise in an appropriate way, not in the form of some insulting discount.

User

Disgusted to see your illuminated sign that makes light of a "sexting" phrase - totally inappropriate to make out this sort of language is ok when influential teens may shop here. When it flashes up on their screens what will they think? Not that it's wrong to send a naked pic but that it's ok cos they've seen it in your store. You have a responsibility to these girls. Please rethink your slogans!

User

Did enjoy shopping at this store but I'm put off due to the shitty customer service I received. No sizes are out and everything is on the wrong hanger. Love the clothes but the service is crap.

User

As a transgender female I find it un expectable that's males can't try on female clothes in stores it's the 21 century people. men should have the right to try on female clothes put it this way if a women went to try on a male pair of jeans people wouldn't batter a eyelid.

User

After reading this as part of LGBT community i personally was disgusted !! i tried to buy cloth from this company before and had no problem, but this store seem to have a problem. Sort it out because you are not going to simply hide this one under the carpet.
