Due to a number of no-shows this week I unfortunately have come to the decision as from 1st January 2019 I will have to take deposits for any appointments costing £30 or more. This will be 50% of the total cost. Deposits will be non refundable if cancellation takes places within 48hrs of the appointment.
I hope everyone understands and I apologise for this but as a small business I have had to make this decision, if a client no-shows or cancel I make NO mo...ney. I totally appreciate and understand that things do come up and sometimes cannot be helped but if you could let me know as soon as possible it would really be appreciated.
This was a last resort and was not something I wanted to implement. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

Just a reminder Christmas appointments are now becoming limited, especially on a weekend! So anyone wanting their hair doing in time for Christmas please book as soon as possible to avoid disappointment 🙂🎄

So I thought I'd best put something up about the dreaded 'c' word, yes Christmas!! I know a few of my great clients are already booked in already, but some still need arranging. I have quite a few days booked up already, especially weekends, so anyone needing a Christmas appointment please try arranging asap to avoid disappointment 🎄😊

For anyone wanting hair appointments in the school holidays, I will be doing limited days due to child care however for two weeks I will be free every day as the kids will be away. That is the week beginning the 6th August and the week beginning the 13th August. After that I will be limited again until they go back to school. Please make sure to book any appointments in advance to avoid disappointment 😊

Just a polite reminder that as of this Monday (2nd July) my prices will be going up slightly. New prices are now on this page. I will be doing different hours/days in a few weeks when its the kids school holidays so please make sure to book any appointments in advance to avoid disappointment. A few cuts/colours/blowdrys done this past week. Been very busy catching up with appointments since coming back off holiday but now have availability for the first week of May for anyone wanting their hair doing 😊

So the countdown is on for my holidays 😀 8 weeks until we go so if any of my lovely clients don't already have appointments booked for before we go then now's the time to do it! Had a few new lovely clients booked in recently which has been fab! 😊 This lovely client had had her hair done elsewhere but it wasn't quite right, so did a tidy up with the cut and the colour is a work in process 🙂

She is brilliant I can not wait till Friday to get my hair done again, I would recommend her.

Only recently started having hair done with Carly but she is great and straight away knows how I like my hair colouring. I have already recommended her to my friends too!

Needed a hair rescue through a really good cut, I was not disappointed, my hair feels amazing, I was given lots of advice on how to treat it from now until my next cut, not only that, it was explained to me how she would gradually cut my layers out as requested over the next few appointments, such a lovely lady, conversation was really easy and I am very very happy with my results, thank you very much �

My hair was a bit of a mess! Carly has fetched it back to life and I now know the importance of brushing my hair.

Made me feel very comfortable (sorry for the life story haha) will definitely be booking again and won't even consider anyone else.
