Regular visitor to the lesuire centre, I attend fitness classes, the gym and the pool for swimming and children's swimming lessons. The facilities are excellent, never had any problems with any of the equipment, the cleanliness is good and the building is modern with up to date facilities. The classes are superb and would recommend them to anyone, the instructors are knowledgeable, approachable and motivating. The pool facilities again are faultless and I feel that all swim instructors have been brilliant in teaching my son to swim, in particular Michael who is an excellent swim instructor. The only very small feedback I want to give is can we have a change to the music in certain classes and a change in structure, would just keep it a bit more fresh and provide variety. To conclude excellent facilities with even better staff, would recommend to anyone.

Plenty of fitness classes every day, spin, boxfit, yoga, and many more. If you want an easy short session, try Metafit. All classes have top quality instructors who are enthusiastic and strive to be the best they can be. And that means we can be the best that we can be.

My 6 year old (Olivia) has ehlers danlos syndrome and this causes loose collagen. The gymnastic teachers have worked with her and made more progress with her than years of hospital appointments have done. Last week when we thought we may have to pull her out due to moving groups and issues getting her there in another day was resolved very quickly. I even had a voicemail left on my mobile giving me a full update. I am so thankful for the instructors going out of their way to accommodate everyone.

I also have ehlers danlos syndrome and attend a lot of classes a week. The instructors allow me to push myself and stop for a break when I need to. They are fantastic and I can't thank them enough. The people who attend the groups are always welcoming to new people and you make friends very quickly.

So 5* very disability friendly, friendly staff, friendly attendees and a wonderful environment

Love the ladies on reception on a Saturday! They're so helpful & have time for you. The badminton courts are fab and are always set up promptly. Great place

Late July 2015 I started adult swimming lessons on Wednesday nights. With the encouragement of the pool staff, especially Paul and Lucinda, I overcame my nerves, and exceeded my expectations.I only wanted to be able to swim a length- and recently did a mile. They work with swimmers at a pace appropriate to the individual, I would recommend any non swimmers, or swimmers who want to improve their ability and technique, to give the lessons a go. :-)

I live much closer to John Charles pool but hardly ever use it as half the time it's broken esp when taking my children. The morley pools are so much better plus much warmer. My girls love it!

Friday circuits is brilliant; been to a few at Council leisure centres and this is one of the best. Agree abt parking but we just park over the road and combine it with doing the shopping

Excellent swimming pool and the cafe is cheap and very good plus free WiFi

Been to clubbercise once on a Wednesday and once on a Sunday. ..absolutely loved it both times, I wish it was easier to get on to, I spend all day every day checking for cancellations haha.. hope there will be extra classes added in future.. I loved Monday night Zumba and was sad to see that has gone now.

Hi, was at the gym last night from 7-8pm but there was not a single parking spot and we waited for a while but none came free, we noticed a car parked at the side of one of the rows not obstructing anyone and no yellow lines and as we had seen so many cars parked in these spots over the past 12 months thought we would do the same only to find we had been given a parking ticket at 7.30pm

1: as a paying member x2 of the club can you suggest where we park to be able to use the facilities

2: is this a warden that's patrolling waiting of has the club put the fine on the car

I have been a member a while now and have never been warned by staff about this, please make your playing members aware of this money making machine and provide adequate parking facilities

First time here since revamp due to back injury. Pool areas spotless. Lynn on pool duties gave me advice on using float whilst swimming. Very helpful.

Always use. Morley swimming baths , friendly staff clean changing rooms . Only thing I find difficult is when its restricted but you do get told its restricted , just not sure they have to restrict so much of the pool.

I am a regular at the gym and it is becoming very obvious that the equipment and flooring is not being cleaned, it is getting really dusty and dirty, perhaps the staff do not know how to clean and have to keep looking at their phones to find out? Such a shame as the equipment is good and whenever I go there is plenty of machines and staff available. Management please note this slacking in the cleaning rota!

Great gym with very nice staff, BUT the opening time is poor for people such as myself that like to get in early. 7am on a weekday and 8AM!?!? ON A WEEKEND!?!?



I'm certain that these times are bad for other people also. I've had 2 friends leave over recent years and go elsewhere to gyms that open at 6am.

The gym is over subscribed and they are still recruiting.



Last night people were queuing for equipment as almost everything (except a few bikes) were in constant use.



I was able to get on 3 pieces of resistance equipment as part of my plan and had to resort to 15 minutes on a bike as there was nothing else available.



The staff are either bored and uninterested or are inducting even more members.



Very often the gym is full of young kids using it like a social club, not knowing what they are doing and just hogging equipment from genuine gym users.



I pay a premium membership, as does my husband, and we honestly question on each visit what we actually get from it.



It's an appalling service from Morley Leisure Centre and Leeds City Council and their response to previous feedback and complaints is simply "you can use any of our gyms". Even if that means a 16 mile round trip to another possibly less quiet gym.



You wouldn't get this at Pure Gym, Virgin, Banbatynes, The Village - you get the jist.



Stop recruiting new members and start looking after your existing ones!!

The waiting system for the children’s swimming lessons is unfair and frankly ridiculous. We had to wait 1 year to get our son even on a waiting list after asking regularly about availability, when finally on the list it took another 2 years to get him in. It’s pot luck whether or not you ask about the waiting list on a day where this a slot available. We have now been waiting nearly 2 years to get our other son on the waiting list, asking at least once a week with no luck as yet. He has cystic fibrosis and so it is very important for him to exercise regularly and in a clean environment, so our choice of pools is more limited. I find the pot luck system totally unacceptable, there must be a better way? Surely also as demand is so high capacity should be increased?!

Most of the staff there just can't be bothered... had my 4 year old there for around 6 week he's made hardly any progress...he's just dragged from one side of the pool to the other by his arm polos due to time restraints, too many kids in the class means they don't have the time to spend with individual kids that need it, not happy will be taking him elsewhere.
